I have never paid personal money in my life because they took my passport and then asked for an extra payment of 400 lira, don't believe Grand Laleli Hotel!!!

The guy Suleyman who was sitting on counter when I reach he is fantastic guy and supportive I really like the hotel.

Oda ve çarşaflar temizdi.Klima ve televizyon vardı.Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi.

Tge hotel needs some renovation and maintenance. Shower needs fixing in the occupied room. The breakfast was good. Room heated with AC, which wasn't the best choice.

Breakfast not rich need improvement

Breakfast ok, location on a hill, no soudrproof wall i could hear the person in. The next room talking all night. On his phone, elevator always off duty, sheets and soap were used, wc smell dirty old water doesnt work properly

El personal del hotel agradable y competentes atentos para solucionar cualquier incidente, realmente cuando viajas para estar visitando la cuidad en mi caso no pedía un hotel de lujo solo iba a utilizar la habitación para dormir, pero mi decepción fue cuando entré a la habitación y vi ; las paredes manchadas y sucias, las sábanas con muchas manchas amarillas e incluso la olor no era agradable, la habitación en general olía muy mal uña olor muy fuerte creo que salía del wc tipo alguna tubería o desagües, la cama era de muelles muy muy antigua te clavabas todos los muelles eso para descansar era horroroso, el desayuno poca calidad solo fui un día el resto me fui a desayunar a otro sitios aunque lo tuviera pagado en el hotel. Tras poner un comentario aquí sobre el estado de la habitación es cierto que al minuto se pusieron en contacto conmigo y me Ofrecieron cambiar de habitación, excelente atención pero... al día siguiente dejó de funcionar el aire no salía caliente y allí hace mucho frío, me volvieron a cambiar de habitación, ya me dio vergüenza decir nada más pero las habitaciones seguían todas el mismo patrón Higiene muy mal las paredes dan muy mal efecto con esa suciedad, las limpiadoras un día me dejaron una toalla gastada por mi que estaba manchada y no me repusieron una limpia, polvo sin limpiar,siento no aconsejar este hotel principalmente por la limpieza y la incomodidad de esas camas. La ubicación a un 1.5km del gran bazar. Se que es un hotel de ** estrellas...

Receptionist very corny and deceptful, very blant and cold road with no drinking water, the worst hotel have ever stayed

I stay at this hotel for one night, i don't like it The air condetion dosn't work, the room is dirty, the breakfast is bad Keep away from this hotel

The images for my room on Hotels.com did not match the room I got. It was a double room but it was dark and damp. The air conditioner only works with a room card and it takes a long time to get the room "cool" but never gets cold. Just barely tolerable. The wash was disgusting and old. The washroom was very small. The shower was Rusty and gross. The room felt damp and turning the air conditioner did not help the bed sheets looked like they weren't changed and we're off white. The bed sheet was too small for the bed so if you moved even slightly it would come off. The comforter was disgusting and not comfortable. The mattress was old and not confortable. For what I paid it wasn't so terrible. But completely misleading with the inages.

Great staff who checked in my mother early and helped her settle in.

Oda çok küçüktü. Rutubetli yerler vardı ve kötü koku vardı. Dışarıdan çok ses geliyordu. Banyo wc temiz sayılmazdı ve küçüktü. Yan odadan çok gürültü geliyordu. Kahvaltıda çeşit çok azdı. Tek avantajlı yanı konumu. Başka bir olumlu yanı yok. Tekrar kalmak istemem.
