Oda temizdi, personel nazikti. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Fiyat performans bir yer. Tek eksiği interneti biraz yavaştı.

The room was decent but definitely not 5 stars. The shower did not have good water pressure, and it was hard to control the temperature. There was no soap in the shower, which was really strange. Noise was not great; doors slamming noise from the street was loud. Food, fairly typical, very nice morning breakfast buffet. Room service is not great. I ran out of toilet paper and could not use the bidet; it was not set up right in both bathrooms, very sad. The refrigerator in the room would not get cold. My room key stopped working as well several times during my stay. The in-room amenities were very poor; I would rate this overall hotel 3 stars. The staff seemed eager to help at times, but other times just really failed on follow-up. When I requested things, they just ignored me most of the time. I tried over and over with the staff to set up a Hammam during my stay, but they failed, so I had to call an outside service. There is a lot of room to improve. I was even overcharged just to get back to the airport. The cab driver said you agreed to a set fee by the hotel that is higher than what I normally charge. Be careful, do lots of research before staying here.

Jeg hadde et veldig fint opphold! Rommet var alltid rent og pent, takket være Nermen fra housekeeping som virkelig gjorde en fantastisk jobb og alltid tok godt vare på rommet mitt. Frokosten var god, spa-avdelingen var avslappende, og personalet generelt var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Jeg er veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake! 🌟

Very nice place to stay,

Kahvaltısı 5 yıldızlı bir otele yakışmayacak şekildeydi. Malzemeler bayat özellikle kıl biber çöpten getirilip servise konulmuş vaziyetteydi. Hamur işleri bayattı. Genel olarak memnun kalmadık. Çalışanlar ilgisiz asık suratlı isteksiz yapıyordu işlerini.

Personeel was vriendelijk, kamers waren schoon. Het ontbijt was lekker.

I had a great time at the hotel. Brilliant catering, helpful receptionists and excellent staff overall. I’m thankful to Ahmet and the team. I 100% recommend it.

I loved Istanbul because of this hotel.It was near from the tram station and is nice street with many nice places. I will not say much about hotel but I will say it’s 5 star. I will coming back there a gain for the sure ❤️.

Oda gayet temiz ve konforluydu fakat tuvalet ya da nereden geldiğini anlamadığım bir lağım kokusu vardı ve oda da günlüğü binlerce lira verdiğimiz odada plastik bardak yerine karton bardak yerine cam bardak olmasını tercih ederdim ses yalıtımı yoktu bunlar harici her şey yolundaydı

Das Hotel ist von der Lage her zentral für Bayrampasa....es war ruhig und das Zimmer und Bad top gepflegt gross und sauber und ruhig

odadaki koltuk hayatımda gördüğüm en rahatsız koltuktu. oda soğuktu ve klimanin ısıtması çalışmıyordu. Ekim ayında kim soğuk klima kullanacaksa artık :)

Reception wouldn’t leave are luggage at the reception for a little bit and didn’t bring it up to are rooms either. also beds were very small and ac didn’t work to well

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The AC did not work and when I asked the staff they just ignored me . The breakfast bar is disgusting and it is not a 5 star hotel!!
