We paid for our breakfast and it was good, I will definitely stay here again.

チェックインの際wifiの利用方法について案内がなかった。室内のハンドシャワーの水量が弱く使用できなかった。清掃員に伝えたが改善されなかった。空港バスの停留所から近いこと、付近にショッピングモールがあることは良かったが、ホテルとしては料金の割にサービスレベルが低いと感じた。

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel wie im Beschreibung, max 3 Sterne. SPA Bereich war sehr schmutzig. Zimmer groß, am ersten Tag war das Zimmer sauber, dann wird nich nicht mehr gut gereinigt, obwohl meine Frau Geld für Putzfrau gegeben habe (Bakschisch). Frühstück war schlecht. Fenster kann nicht geschlossen werden, sodass das Zimmer sehr kalt war. Tür lässt sich nicht schließen. Lage ist schlecht, mann muss ca 10 Minuten den Bergauf bis zum schtraßenbahn-Haltstelle laufen Hotel ist Nicht zu empfehlen

Positives - The rooms were spacious and elegant. The swimming pool, gym and spa areas were lovely. Negatives - I went with family and their room was not cleaned properly. I also dont think the rooms are cleaned thoroughly each day. We had to ask for extra shower gel and toilet roll as they did not check. The corridors often had a bad drainage smell but i noticed that in other parts of Istanbul too not just this hotel so not sure if it is a city problem.

Das ist nicht einmal ein 2-Sterne-Hotel, geschweige denn ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig, und es hat nach Kanalisation gerochen. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen

The Ottoman's Life Hotel Deluxe was pretty amazing. The room was clean and looks great, and the staff was friendly, and the coffee downstairs was just amazing. Thank you!

We reserved their family room which is a two bedroom suite. The room is fantastic. There were some issues with the A/C but they came and fixed it quickly. Breakfast is good, a little bit of options on the main dish is recommended (e.g., serving French fries not a breakfast item) Overall very satisfied with the hotel stay.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und sauber und befand sich in einer sehr lebhaften Gegend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

We stayed in the same Room 3006 on two separate trips. This room has electricity problem as we only found one working plug and one broken with a dangerous pin sticking out of it. The Hotel fixed the broken plug but managed to glue the buttons down at the entrance of the door. This made the whole light operation of the room extremely difficult as it was glued it back solid. These light buttons were working absolutely fine when we arrived. So they fixed one problem created and another. The WC flush was broken on my last trip and still broken on this trip. There in house maintenance person made the WC fix worser. The aircon is temperamental in this room as you can smell the cigarettes from the garden room below and o hear the cleaners chatting loudly from the storage room which is right next door to Room 3006. If you opened the window you can hear the whirling of the loud garden fans below which are very noisy and hard to sleep with the window open. There is no proper ventilation in room 3006 and it’s a very cold room which to heat up even the top 35C on the aircon. Very poor accommodation provided by hotel despite the price they are charging. We were promised half hearted upgrade but that never happened or followed up on by the hotel management after the fixing of the problems. It was there job to keep paying customers happy. Should have followed up on this
