I had a wonderful stay at the Ottoman Hotel in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The spa facilities are absolutely lovely and a great way to relax—especially since they open early at 6:30, which is perfect for starting the day refreshed. The location is fantastic, with a tram stop just meters away, making it really easy to get around the city and explore all the main attractions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Furniture was old

La chambre que nous avions sélectionné était très grande nous avions même 2 salle de bain . Personnel très agréable , nettoyage réaliser tous les jours . J’ai particulièrement apprécier la salle de sport avec la piscine . Nous étions venue en famille avec 2 enfants . Je recommande cette hôtel qui a même des place de parking devant l’hôtel . Le seul petit point négatif est la petite pente vers l’arrêt de tram Findikzade .

La habitación era amplia, silenciosa y muy cómoda. Estuvimos en una habitación superior Pero no tenia bidet ni bañera. El personal amable pero en general no hablaban bien ingles y menos español. A pesar de esos detalles tuvimos una buena estadía.

Overall great hotel. Sauna, steam room and pool are amazing, and included. Hamam was cold. The sauna and steam rooms are seperate for men and women. But the pool and gym is together. Breakfast was amazing lots of options and the fruit is fresh. The rooms did have a smell to them since they are not smoke free, the towels stink like smoke and some of the blankets are worn. But the houskeeping is good.

Good colaboration with cleaning staff, polite but we had some issues regarding cleaning for the begining of our jurney. Due maybe of the seasson, other staff was really unfriendly. Breakfast was ok...Recomanded!

Otel fiziksel olarak çok güzel ve oldukça temiz. Odalar ve genel alanlar beklentiyi karşılıyor. Ancak ne yazık ki personel yaklaşımı bu kaliteye kesinlikle yakışmıyor. Sabah saatlerinde otele giriş yaptım. Güvenlik haricinde resepsiyondaki bayan ne hoş geldiniz dedi ne de yerinden kalktı. İlk selamı ben verdim, iyi çalışmalar diledim ve erken geldiğimi belirttim. Aldığım tek cevap “kimlikleri alayım” oldu. Herhangi bir güler yüz, yönlendirme ya da misafirperverlik yoktu. Ücret talep edilip odamı aldım ama süreç boyunca “iyi istirahatler” gibi basit bir nezaket bile gösterilmedi. Yaşadığım memnuniyetsizliği dile getirdiğimde ise “siz bilirsiniz” şeklinde umursamaz bir yanıt aldım. Kahvaltı alanında da durum farklı değildi. Hiçbir personel günaydın, hoş geldiniz ya da afiyet olsun demedi. 5 yıldızlı, bu kadar güzel ve temiz bir otele personel seçimi maalesef hiç yakışmıyor. Hizmet kalitesi, personelin güler yüzü ve kibarlığıyla tamamlanır. Bu konuda ciddi bir eksiklik var.

Mein Zimmer im fünften Stock war sehr groß und hatte sogar einen Balkon. Geblieben bin ich für 8 Nächte. Es war alles zu vollster Zufriedenheit. Zum Geburtstag gab es einen lieben Gruß der Küche. Der Spa-Bereich (hauptsächlich die gemeinsame Umkleide) mit dem auch extern nutzbaren Fitnessstudio könnt in den Abendstunden etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit benötigen.
