This is not a 5 star property in any way shape or form. Highly disappointing. Pool in the basement is gross. The restaurant is overrated and overpriced. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and extremely friendly, making sure to drop water off at our room every day and did a fantastic job. Other than that, would not recommended this property at all

Netteres und sympathisches personal hat gefehlt, ansonsten war es super.

The 3rd bed is an uncomfortable cot which is unacceptable after a 10 hour flight, reception staff are not very friendly, the rooftop restaurant can’t get your dinner order right, but expect you to pay. The food was not of high quality either. The beef shank tasted old. After failing to acknowledge our anniversary by themselves, they sent us a plate of breakfast buffet fruit. We asked the front desk for support for getting a taxi, and they just said that they don’t speak English. We got zero help. Just constant snide stares. We watched the front desk manager lie to someone who called in by saying the system was down while he was using the system to check us in. We called to speak to Zara, the general manager, and no one has called us back. Gulfur from housekeeping was the most excellent person at the property! She should work at front desk or at least in management!

Absolutt et bra hotell når det gjelder rom, service, beliggenhet og ikke minst veldig hyggelige personer i resepsjonen. En liten ting jeg vil påpeke er frokosten – den stenger kl. 10:30, men de ansatte begynner å rydde bort maten veldig raskt. Flere gjester som kom like før 10:30 opplevde at de ikke ble spurt om de ønsket noe mer før alt ble ryddet bort. Det virker som man må være helt ferdig med å spise kl. 10:30, ikke bare ha ankommet da. Et lite forbedringspunkt for en ellers flott opplevelse.

When I reached there the hotel told me my booking was cancelled and then after 1 to 2 hours they said that they managed to get my booking. When they gave me my room it was too small and there was no view, the view was the parking lot with zero view of the city and when I booked they said the room will come with a city view. So I don’t advise this hotel to anyone

C’est plutôt un 4, mais certainement pas un 5 étoiles. Petit-déjeuner très sommaire et peu garni. Salle de sport manque d’équipements.

We arrived at 13:30 and were told that check in is at 15:00. We tried to ask if there is anything we can do to get the room earlier, as we had to prepare for a wedding invitation in the evening and therefore were under a lot of time pressure. The answer was "check in is at 3". We told the front desk that we go for lunch and that it would be great, if they could start preparing the room, so that we can get into the room a bit earlier. At 14:30 we were back and asked if the room was ready now. Same answer as before. We continued to wait in the hotel, in the area that they told us, and at 15:05, after nobody bothered to get us to the check in, we went back to the front desk to check in. Then the guy in the front desk started to check us in. The process took another 15 minutes, so it was 15:20 until we were in the room and could finally start to get us ready for our friends wedding. I understand, that check in time was 15:00, nevertheless even after repetedly telling the staff why we needed this room so urgently, thier attitude did not change. I would have expected from a 5 star hotel, that the staff would at least try to support us, which clearly wasn't the case! Also, the check in process could have easily been started at 14:30, so that we could save time and get the room at 15:00 without further delay.

Geräumige Zimmer. Sehr gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung. Zuvorkommender Service. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aber in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Nächte freitags und samstags sind durch einen Club in der Nähe bis 2 Uhr sehr laut.

The description on Hotels.com says there should be gowns and pillow menu - none of those was available (we had an Executive room). Furthermore, and that's the main reason for low rating was the constant awful drainage smell from the bathroom.

Das Personal war 2-3 mal unfreundlich als wir angekommen wurden wir nicht empfangen unsere Koffern wurden nicht nach oben gebracht und uns wurde nicht gesagt wo das Speisesaal ist das Auto noch zum haben und ab wann Frühstückt beginnt

-Sehr gute Lage (Nähe Galataturm und Station Sishane) -Zimmer sind groß genug und modern. Klimaanlage ist zentral eingestellt und bei einer Außentemperatur von 20 Grad zu kalt eingestellt -Fitness, Sauna, Dampfbad und Indoor Pool sind kostenlos zu benutzen -Restaurant im 6.Stock mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. Cocktails sind nicht zu empfehlen -für 20 Euro zu klein mit wenig Alkohol und viel Eis -Frühstück: gute und wechselnde Frühstücksauswahl am Buffet und man kann sich noch warme Speisen bestellen. Kaffee etc muss man sich selbst holen. Es gibt genug Personal, welches nicht wirklich gut organisiert ist (stehen oft nur herum statt die bestellten Speisen zu bringen oder Teller abzuräumen) -Beschwerden werden ernst genommen und Mängel wurden behoben
