Gece aramamıza rağmen oda çok soğuktu 22 derecenin üstüne çıkmadı birde ükela ükela ısınması zaman alır diye cevap verdiler

Flott hotel med utrolig god service. Vi fikk oppgradert rom som hadde fin utsikt og som var svært stille .

minibar için girişte kredi kartımdan 4000 tl çekildi ve hiçbirşey kullanmadığımız halde otelden çıkınca iade edilmesi birkaç gün sürdü. odaya girdiğimizde minibar haricinde cam masanın üzerine bir adet pasta ve bir şişe şarap konulup happyhoneymoon yazılmıştı ve biz balayı çifti değildik. ekstra olup olmadığını anlamak için resepsiyonu aradık ancak açan olmadı. ertesi günü resepsiyona indiğimizde sorduğumuzda ekstra olduğunu söylediler, yani odaya konulan bu şarap ve pasta minibardan ayrı ve ikram zannedilmesine sebep olacak şekilde bırakılmış, kazara ikram zannedip açmış olsak ödemek zorunda kalacaktık. ayrıca banyoda şampuan ve duş jeli bitikti, bone ve kulak çöpü olmasına rağmen diş macunu ve diş fırçası konulmamıştı. resepsiyondaki görevli de oteldeki toplantı ve aktivitelerden habersizdi. öğlen açıkbüfe yemekteki antrikot da kayış gibiydi.ayrıca beş yıldızlı otellerde öğle saatinde de olsa kapıda do not disturb ışığı yanmasına rağmen kapıyı çalıp temizlikten memnun musunuz diye de sorulmaz hatırlatayım

The hotel is a bit dated and could use some renovations in places. BUT: the staff truly made all the difference! Every team member was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming – we felt right at home from the start. We would come back just for the amazing service. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Hotel konumu çok güzel. Ancak hotel artık eskimiş. Yenilenmesi lazım.

Geç saatte checkin yaptık bu konuda yardımcı oldular ancak verilen odada musluklar çalışmıyordu çok geç yardım aldık odamız değiştirildi ama orada da klimalar düzgün şekilde çalışmıyordu

Temiz konforlu mükemmel

Odanın bulungu katdaki halılara su basmış rutubet ve iğrenç bır koku vardı

The room was small for 3 people but beautiful with a great view. Was not impressed with manager offering a suite on the first floor with no view as an alternative without being asked and it was unacceptable. Then I was charged twice for the room.

Çok guzel

Mahalle arası apart oteller bile daha iyidir.. Temizlik berdeyse yapılmıyor, herşeyi tek tek söylemeniz lazım.. çarşaflar neden değişmemiş dediğinizde, değişelim mi diye karşı cevap alıyorsunuz.. Yerleri çekme, toz alma, havlu, bardak vs için tek tek arayıp istemeniz lazım.. Artık aramızda iddaya giriyorduk.. Sence bugün oda temizlenmişmidir diye..

The hotel is a well kept upscale property reasonably priced with many amenities. It is located near the a marina, access to the subway and local shops and restaurants. Access to popular sites (Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia…) can be accessed within 30 minutes via subway.

We had a few problems during our stay; -The shower was broken and the hose burst. It is sad for a 5-star hotel. Fortunately, it was changed. -The pillows and quilts were not cotton. (Probably a fiber-nylon mixture) For this reason, the whole family stayed in bed until the morning covered in sweat/water. Since my little son is allergic, his whole body turned red. -Although I mentioned it before coming to the hotel and asked the reception, we repeatedly asked for an extra child bed for my 8-year-old son. (I had also mentioned this before coming to the hotel) Although the reception said they would send it, it did not arrive until 12 at night. We slept 3 people in the same bed. Also; We experienced a minibar shock before leaving the hotel.. We did not expect it to be this expensive. And we didn't see a list of prices for chocolate snacks and drinks in the minibar in the room. At least this should have been given as a list in a visible place, as it is done in every hotel. Other problems; We went down to the pool and they said that swimming caps are mandatory and charged 200 TL each. We had to swim with difficulty fitting a small swimming cap made only for children, made in China, in a simple single type (there is no big choice). We couldn't swim much because of the strong smell. Also, the pool was extremely chlorinated.. Our eyes burned for hours.we decided to have tea in the lobby and they charged 105 TL each. While drinks are free in many 5-star hotels,

During our first visit, we had to sleep on a rusty and dirty surface due to the change of direction of our pillow at night, and despite reporting the situation in the lobby, no response was received. The photo of the relevant pillow is attached. During our last stay, as soon as we checked in late, we encountered unacceptable cleaning deficiencies such as sticky marks in the room, dried urine marks in the toilet and used cigarette butts in the shower. Although these issues were reported to you, only temporary and inadequate cleaning was provided and the problems were not completely resolved. As a result, my girlfriend avoided using the toilet, it was not possible to move comfortably in the room without shoes and we could not benefit from your shower. (The butt was not taken despite the cleaning lady taking a photo of it) Considering that we stayed in a good room in a 5-star hotel, we cannot accept this decrease in standards. Accordingly, I request a refund for our accommodation.

The location is a bit isolated. Not much dining options. Will have to use taxi to go out anywhere.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms with stunning views and absolutely fabulous staff and guest relations. We will absolutely be staying here on our next trip to Turkey!
