Everything is very beautiful from the reception to the departure. The resort is complete. All the meals are beautiful, delicious and varied. The rooms are kind of small.

Out of season at Xanadu, generally quite quiet on the holiday maker front, and a few conferences keeping them busy - fair. - communication- some great, they’d call at the start of the week and the end to see how everything was - some not - out of season opening hours and meal availability, resort activities etc had to be figured out for ourselves. Non alcoholic beer - I get that they don’t want to be serving bottled products in the buffet, but as a non drinker on all inc, this struggle didn’t seem worth it and no one could explain it to me. I had water or tea most of the trip with the occasional soda. No major drama just inconsistent. Service inconsistency- some of the staff are wonderful - just in their natural way of being are cheery and interactive - some very sullen and you’d have to just take pot luck - I can’t say the mannerisms of the F&B leadership would have helped the vibe, they were amongst the sullen ones. Overall, fine, we wanted a warm weather low key getaway but there’s room for improvement for sure.

Eşimle baş başa sakin bir tatil için Kasım sonunda tercih ettik. Odamız temiz ve yatak rahattı. Sezon dışında gitmemize rağmen yemek çeşitliliği bol, yemek kalitesi yüksekti. Şişe bira ve kokteyl çeşitleri de oldukça yeterli bir otel. Kaliteli hizmet ve güleryüzlü çalışanları için teşekkür ederiz.

Wir waren mit 1 Kind in einem Familyzimmer in einem Nebenhaus. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross, das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer, war weniger gut als das im Hauptschlafzimmer, leider zu wenige Steckdosen (es fehlte immer eine um die Geräte auf zu laden). Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war reichlich und Gut. Insbesondere um die Kinder wurde sich gut gekümmert und Sohn hatte viel Spass. Das Veranstaltungsprogramm war für die Nach/Zwischensaison gut. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, in den - zumindest in unserem Zimmer - merkt man jedoch das es das Hotel nicht erst 3 Jahre alt ist. Uns hat das nicht gestört. wir würden auch wieder hinfahren.

Wir waren vor 25 Jahren diese Hotel, das ist wie vorher wunderschön gern wieder.

The bungalow we stayed would benefit from a refresh but, still a pleasant stay.

Our family loved everything about our stay here. Great food options, amazing amenities and performances for kids (my daughter loved Moana!). Lots of options for cocktails and a phenomenal area to swim off of the dock with a great bar out on the ocean. We will definitely return :)

Service unaufmerksam und langsam. Essen z.B italienisches Restaurant war ungeniessbar. Cocktails schlecht, Mojito mit Sprite. Essen im Hauptrestaurant war gut. Anlage gepflegt. Genug liegen am Strand und Pool.

Nourriture qui nous a fait tombé malade . Trop de monde , nourriture pas bonne . Chambre petite. Hôtel bloqué dans les années 2000 . Manque de modernité . Cher pour ce que c’est .

I am pregnant and was in the shower and saw lizard i was so scared i tried getting out and i hit my tummy and had some bad contractions. Also it' super noisy at night music tell 12 am. For the pool area there is no life jackets for kids it's not safe at all.

We love Xanadu, They probably have the best service staff that we experienced in the Antalya hotels, and we have been to over 20 of them. Notably the service staff at the lobby cafe/bar are really good and friendly. The daily selection of food is fantastic and varied with different buffets, grills and bars to choose from. Well worth the visit and very much worth the price.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort. Traveling with a child, it was important to find a place that was both comfortable and accommodating, and this resort exceeded expectations. The staff were genuinely welcoming and always attentive, which made us feel right at home. The buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that kept both adults and kids happy. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well maintained, and the entire property was very clean and beautifully kept. It was a stress-free and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for families!

Excellent resort and extremely clean and well kept Rooms a bit dated as 25yrs old resort but dining and staff more than make up for it At no point and time did we have anything except praise for them. Daniel and Willy Winka in animation team try their best to make you participate in activities. Night animation more acrobatic based than other resorts and maybe a musical stage production would be a good idea but Excellent in all manners

There were a lot of stones on the beach, our feet hurt a little bit, but other than that our experience was good.
