Although we booked a family room, for 2 adults and 2 children, we were given a room with one double bed and 1 single bed, instead of one double and 2 single. It was not comfortable to sleep 3 persons in one bed...

Excellent property, great temperature controlled pool, amazing breakfast spread. Location for the YAS ISLAND PARKS Is amazing Voucher for using YAS BEACH was a great assistance Nearby hotels have great restaurants and there are many around. Staff is amazing from guest services to concierge to breakfast assistance and even the house keeping! Never said no for anything!

Excellent staff

Went to Crowne Plaza for the weekend; enjoyed it throughout, staff is super helpful, especially Nadine and Elise at reception, amnd Stephen and her Indian colleague (forgot her name) at the spa area. Things I would recommend to make the stay even more enjoyable: include breakfast as part of the stay, provide assistance for tourists to obtain their visas.

Stayed 4 nights to watch HSBC golf championship. Had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the course, it was lovely. Hotel was very comfortable with good amenities and good breakfast options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel

I had the worst experience in this hotel. Worse bed setup. The floor was dirty and the bathroom was broken. The bed stands were missing a light lamp and the light switches don’t work. The curtain on the bathroom window was broken and I couldn’t close it to have some privacy. I had the worst night sleep ever in this hotel. And I was a platinum elite member in IHG. Such a disappointment stay.

Location to Yas Mall & Fun Parks was great!

It was terrible experience for me. I stayed here for 7 nights and my room thermostat wasn’t working so it was always too cold, so I had to turn off the AC. Despite of complaints, it was not attended and never got solved. The staff was rude and hopeless. To make the situation worse, there was renovation going on in the hotel and half of the hotel area was inaccessible. The staff didn’t have courtesy to accommodate any of your reasonable requests like asking for drinking water glasses in the room.

A lovely hotel. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The only issue, was that the shower would leak water on the floor, which couldn’t be avoided, so we had to line the floor with towels whenever we showered. The lobby and pool areas were wonderful. Excellent staff service. The buffet breakfast was delicious, great service and lots of variety in food. Also loved the access to the free Yas Island shuttle bus. A great stay - thank you!

Under staffed

We checked in with Nadine, who was so nice and insured we got connected rooms as per our request for us and our kids. Unfortunately, though the entrance to the hotel is very messy and confusing from the streets so when you are reaching close to it to keep a close eye where to go pool was OK although the smaller size, but the lifeguards were very aggressive and rude with the kids most of the time. Breakfast is massive as usual Hotels you can find anything you would like to. They were all an average level although they are overpriced. rooms were clean all the time and needed services where provided in a very quick manner

Great location for visiting the Grand Mosque and Ferrari World. Lots of great restaurants along the mains to choose from and breakfast in the hotel was amazing however cocktails were a little over priced

Hotel within close proximity of the racing circuit, situated on Yas plaza. Beautiful pool and excellent restaurant. This hotel serves one of the best breakfasts you will have with an extremely wide choice of international foods. Really good quality. Tip: don't sit outside as the service there leaves room for improvement. The standard room was spacious and clean. Compared to your regular European or American hotelroom, the room is definitely above standard, and it has all the regular amenities you'd expect. What I particularly liked is that some of the powersockets can handle european plugged devices, so no adapter necessary. The pool is eloquent and unique but the seating around it is too limited for the size of the hotel. Finally one minor negative: although checkout was at noon, at 11am we couldn't re-enter the room as both our keycards were already deacrivated.
