Hotel staff were wonderful and the hotel was beautiful. Room was big and spacious and had an amazing view of the beach and grand mosque. Definitely recommend it.

The staff were very friendly. We came here last year and it was better this year. The restaurants were amazing - the pool staff were very helpful - looking forward to staying there again next year

It was heaven on earth. The service, attention to detail. I could not fault anything. I requested an early check in and despite the hotel being fully booked they made every effort to make it happen. The staff were so attentive and helpful

It's a beautiful property. Our room was very spacious with a wonderful view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. However, we were disappointed with the quality of food and service in the restaurants. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and the service at Mazaj was disappointing and (somewhat condescending).

Overall my stay at the Fairmont was good due to the staff and service. I did find the facilities quite tired and worn out, for example the wallpaper in our initially allocated room was peeling off, weird smell etc. The hotel could definitely do with a renovation as it’s clear it’s very old and needs a refresh. The staff were exceptional though, except for one colleague at the front of Mazaj (Lebanese restaurant) who was quite passive aggressive and rude, all were amazing.

Small room, extremely small beds, not good for families or couples. No privacy in the rooms, if you need to use the washroom at night then you have to switch on the lights of the whole room and wake up everyone with you.
Shower and toilet are not located properly in the room which makes it less private.

Une seule chose à signaler : la clientèle fréquentant la piscine n est pas du tout respectueuse : laisse des déchets aux abords, des gobelets se retrouvent dans la piscine, dommage pour un tel établissement
