Over all good

Great location, but pricy for the room you get. I have bay view room, was noisy at night. Stay in one of the non bay view or sea view rooms if you dont want it to be noisy.

Many families, great organization to handle breakfast rush hour. Very large facilities.

The hotel and staff were excellent, we will return very soon, would recommend.

THE BEST HOLIDAY. I have so much to say about how lovely this hotel is. I contacted the hotel before we travelled and made arrangements with Nina to ensure we had everything set up for our stay ahead of arriving. Nina was extremely helpful in supporting our room set up. She would send photos of what the hotel can provide to allow us to feel at ease. Not all staff we had interacted with ahead of arriving had been as helpful so I would definitely like to make a point of saying that Nina is a credit to the staff at Hilton. As for our stay, where to begin. The food is great, so much variety. Obviously there is more meat but as vegetarians, most of the time, we never felt short of the variety in the buffet. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, helpful and always ready to serve. A shout out to Ashis who would also be attentive to our family and in particular make my daughters birthday extra special. We had a bay view room with a large balcony and breathtaking views of sunset and the waterfront. It was loud outside as there were late night parties going on at cafe del mar but this wasn't too much of a bother during the week. The housekeeping needs a little improvement. However the minute i flagged any problem, someone was there to address it immediately. I think however as a must without guests having to request this, floors should be mopped and balconies cleaned. Amenities replenished. All in all, i loved this holiday. I would love to go back.

This is a property that is very much the kind of cookie cutter theme park type all-in resort. We went because of the kids. All the theme parks are within a 10 minute drive. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you understand that you’re in kids land. The music is loud. Even the adults are behaving in somewhat of a childish manner. An Englishman approached me in the elevator and tagged me saying that “I’m it!!!!” to a boisterous response from the rest of his party that were obviously playing his game. Seriously, they were all adults but you would not have thunk it. They were all clearly inebriated as the alcohol breath lingered in the air after the gentleman withdrew. Anyway, this would not be my pick for future.

Excellent for family stay

I recently stayed at the Hilton Yas Island for two days and had a pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, which added to the comfort of the stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any requests. The food was of high quality, offering a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location is highly convenient, providing easy access to Yas Island's attractions. Overall, I found it to be a great choice for both relaxation and exploration in the area.

Lovely Place and very clean. Staff are very friendly

The room is less than basic. You are paying for the convenience of the location to the Etihad Arena. I've stayed in other hotels on Yas Island with better accommodations and the room was more comfortable.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We’ve been there for 4 nights, two adults and two kids. Hotel room was nice, but on the first floor, next to reception and restaurants and we heard so much noise like music and security talking all night long, that no one could sleep. In the following day we were changed to 6th floor and this problem was solved, however room was not well cleaned, terrible smell of cigarettes. To get even worst, hotel was hosting an event from India cinema, full of actors, papparazzis, security. We were not advised of that in advance and definetely would have choosen another hotel if we knew about that. On our last night, we were coming back to the hotel by taxi and were not allowed to stop in front of the main entry because there was a red carpet going on. Security in the street forced the car to stop in the middle of the road, with the kids, stroller, shopping bags, and we had to leave in the middle of the cars and walk for 5 minutes. Then the security in the front door did not want to let us in because an actress was going out. We felt totally disrespected by hotel staff during our stay and would never come back or recommend to anyone.

Located in a good accessible location

Our one night stay at the Hilton was awesome! We loved the complimentary ticket to one of the four parks per guest per night. We also loved the shuttle to and from the parks. We will definitely be back!

My family and i had a wonderful stay at the hilton abu dhabi, the staff were great and very accommodating when we asked for a balcony room , the pool and facilties including McCaffertys bar were excellent.

Stunning new hotel with luxurious amenities and a prime location right on the boardwalk. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Despite visiting during peak season when the hotel was quite busy, I never had trouble finding a spot by the pool or in the restaurant. The overall experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.
