Staff very friendly and hotel is beautiful and new. Beach access a plus. Some noise from surrounding bar/ restaurants - but will definitely return.

Really great resort with great service, the helped us with amnieties acces even after our check-out as our flught was late during the night. The morning buffet was great, lots of choices. The beach was clean, enough chairs for everyone to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back to the same resort anytime

Decent hotel for the Dubai price point. Lots of restaurants and bars and easy access to west beach area Half board was good value Club lounge opening was a little early at 5-7. They tried to charge after but no one stays The pool area is a little small for size of hotel and hence overcrowded. Beds also face in wrong direction and in shade. Sizeable beach area was the decent alternative option If staying on club floor ask to avoid rooms in corners as they have cramped balcony and no view from the room itself (probably same on all floors ??). Rooms themselves were good

Great time here at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumairah. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming, especially Martha VD and Nur from the Executive lounge and Edmon Moboen Biohya from housekeeping. Thank you all for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful place well situated very friendly I recommend to take HB and to eat dinner at the buffet There is coffee machines at the room The only thing to improve is to have inside warm pool.

Hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer bekommen. Am Pool und Strand war es voll um die Jahreszeit aber wir haben immer sofort einen Platz gefunden. Toll waren die unterschiedlichen Restaurants in denen man seine Halbpension einlösen konnte. Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr schönes Hotel!

super Service nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit Mitarbeiter sehr lösungsorientiert, Probleme werden schnell und kulant behoben Reinigungspersonal top Koch für italienische Ecke sehr sehr gut - keine große Essenauswahl während des Dinners, nur an Weihnschtsfeiertagen - die Mahlzeiten waren im Wesentlichen indisch geprägt (Gewürz und Geschmack) - Frühstück wenig europäisch Abschließend: Getränke waren in der Halbpension nicht inbegriffen und müssten im Hotel gegen Aufpreis dazu gebucht werden. Auf die Unstimmigkeit hat Hilton sehr professionell und lösungsorientiert sowie kulant reagiert. Daher super Leistung von Hilton!!!! Zuvor hatte ich Expedia zur selben Problematik kontaktiert. EXPEDIA war keinerlei bei der Problematik behilflich, hat nicht nachweisbare Behauptungen kommuniziert. Und hat unnötig Telefonkosten verursacht. Wie bereits per E-Mail kommuniziert, werde ich meinen Account nach einer Zeit X löschen und über EXPEDIA keine Buchungen mehr vornehmen. EXPEDIA ist keinerlei ein gutes Buchungsportal!

first family trip to Dubai...first time in Dubai as a matter of fact!... The Hilton Palm Dubai is highly recommended. We can't compare to other hotels in Dubai, but it was superb. Based at the "foot" of the palm, it was ideally located on West Beach - a lovely, vibrant but not overly-busy location full of laid-back beach front, family-friendly bars - and only 10 mins from JBR, the Marina and Atlantis by taxi or Uber. Burj Khalif and Malls are further out, but same for anyone staying in Marina/JBR area. The hotel is immaculate, light and spacey - open areas are not overcrowded, including the pool and beach areas. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and is ideal for families. We ate in only three of many restaurants during our visit, but only because we liked them! Mowsem, Trader Vic's and Claw BBQ. All are typically buffet style, and food choices are plentiful, and quality is excellent. We ate Christmas lunch in Mowsem. A little too formal but that was already clear in the pre-booking process, so our choice or completely. It didn't disappoint though, and we'd recommend for anyone spending Christmas in Dubai looking for a lunch with family-friendly entertainment. Our room was a Premium Double with Sea View and balcony on the 4th floor. It was spacious and views of the harbour were great. Well recommended for families or couples, and we'll definitely be returning. Thank you Hilton Palm Dubai for making our first visit a great experience.

Our stay was amazing throughout and received excellent service from the staff. Matilda truly went above and beyond to make sure that we and our 2-year old had a great and enjoyable stay. The dining options are good and the beach in front of the hotel is also nice

cobraram pela bebida mesmo sendo meia pensão uma simples coca-cola custou 26 AED, uma água 16 AED. Até cobrar por bebida alcoólica eu entendo mas cobrar por qualquer tipo de bebida é o maior absurdo que já vi na vida. preparem o bolso pois essas despesas extras não informadas durante a reserva vão te custar muito dinheiro

Estadia excelente mas tive que pagar todas as bebidas mesmo sendo meia pensão, não falo de bebidas alcólicas mas uma água para as crianças custa 16 Dirhams e uma coca cola 26 Dirhams. Um absurdo não incluir água e refrigerante na meia pensão, nunca imvi isso em lugar algum. Ou seja se colocar na ponta do lápis sai caríssimo estes gastos extras, absurdo.
