Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan

Tuvalet kirliydi. Neredeyse hiç temizlenmemiş gibiydi. Odada kahvelerin olduğu yerde kocaman yanık vardı. Banyoda kırık çatlak seramikler vardı. Her yer eskiydi. Kahvaltı alanındaki personel de yetersizdi. Kahve için karton bardak istedim kimse yardımcı olmadı. İlk gün taksi için amerikan doları bozmak istedim (sadece 50 dolar) ama resepsiyon yardımcı olmadı gidip atm'den para çekmek zorunda kaldım. Oda hesabıma da yansıtmak istemediler. Yani genel olarak memnun olunacak maalesef bir noktası yok.

Standart bir 4 yıldız Novoteldir diye seçtiğimiz otel, temizlik ve servis yetersizliğinden sınıfta kaldı. Odada görünen yerlerin tozu alınmış ama elbiselerimizi dolap raf ve çekmecelerine koyduğumuzda tamamen tozlandılar. Oda 3 kişi içşn hazır değildi, sadece 1 havlu vardı ve ayna önü sarf malzemelerinin hiçbiri mevcut değildi.

I recently stayed at Novotel Abu Dhabi and was quite disappointed. The check-in experience was poor; the staff member struggled with English and gave incorrect information about the restaurant hours. The room was not as advertised, with a sofa bed that was much smaller than expected. The room was clean but felt dated, and there were several issues such as a broken bathroom door knob, an almost empty shower gel dispenser, and insufficient towels for our family. Despite requesting additional towels and for the sofa bed to be prepared, housekeeping failed to deliver. It was only after multiple calls and a late-night request that they finally assisted. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and too small for two children. Additionally, the room lacked proper bedding and blankets, which made for an uncomfortable night. The dinner buffet was overpriced for the quality offered, and the staff's attitude was not welcoming. Breakfast was better, but overall, the stay was disappointing. I expected more from Novotel and will not be returning.

Staff was fantastic and we appreciated the variety and value of choice at the bar/cafe. Room was looking a bit dated - could definitely use a refresh. The queen bed was quite hard and sofa bed was not comfortable at all.

Good location

Modern hotel but our room had only been prepared for one person and not for the four guests as booked and was not cleaned and serviced properly. Previous guest's rubbish had been left behind suitcase stand which looked grubby, so we were moved to a different room where curtain was off rail so could not be fully closed, and shower pressure poor.when we checked out we were then told our payment on arrival had not included local fees which were outstanding. Not what we were expecting of a four star hotel at the price point we paid. Disappointing overall experience relative to our previous stay at the Radisson Blu in Abu Dhabi

Overall good hotel with nice breakfast and good quality of service. Location suitable if you are planning to drive or use taxi and not so good for walking due to distance to walking and touristic places. We faced with few issues like hotel room wasn't ready by check in time, but receptionist offered to wait and enjoy coffee provided by them, safe box didn't work, so technical team came and fixed it shortly after requesting it and this kind of stuff.

It’s basic bed,basic pillows,bathroom etc compared to any other 4 sta hotel and with this kind price??? You can compare with premier inn basically

The lamp was not working when I checked in and the repairment was not done until the third night of my stay. However, the room cleaning staff was very friendly and thoughtful.

Unfortunately, due to refurbishment, pool facilities were not available but we could use Tower 2's (where my son lived) facilities. However, although the restaurant was being refurbished, the food offered for breakfast was cold, even though served in bain- maries. The meal served on Friday evening was well below the standard excepted with starters and mains arriving at the same time. My son is still sorting the cost. On a positive note the front of house staff were friendly and helpful, nothing being too much trouble. We will go again, but really hope that, after refurbishment, things will have improved.

Pool was under maintenance, but that information was not available during booking procedure. (reason of our booking to this hotel was its pool). Alternative pol was available - for that you needed to walk a few minute via the street. We were travelled as whole family, but there was only one mug and one portion of coffee.

The rooms were not that clean as well ad the air conditioner was working well.

Rooms are aged and worn down. Sinks don’t drain properly and walls are stained. Fine for a night or two but don’t expect too much. Not the “four star” hotel experience that it is advertised to be. Think budget hotel. Breakfast quite good though.
