Quiet, Clean and comfortable

Very convenient to U of Del. Breakfast was continental with make your own waffles. Great price. Will stay here again.

Bare bones hotel. Some websites say it has a restaurant and business center, it doesn't. My room's chair was broken, I had no hot water and low water pressure and even though the hotel was far from booked, they put noisy people right next door. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were flat and offered no support, I woke up with a headache both mornings. When I complained, all they offered was a small discount next time I booked there. I told them I wouldn't be staying there again!

I have stayed here a couple of times over the past few months and was never expecting a four star experience but a little disappointed this time with the marijuana smell and the shower took forever to get warm and the water leak in hallway

Convenient for attending University of Delaware football and basketball games

Quality time alone, was quiet and clean

The people were very friendly, my room was clean and smelled very nice. The only complaint I have is the pillows were not comfortable, other than that everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay again when I go back to Delaware.

For the price this was a surprisingly good hotel. Its no Four Seasons but it's a great location for U of D or Christiana Hospital. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff very kind and helpful. Also quiet and near a number of other hotels.

The property was convenient to our venue. I am enjoying my stay

My go to hotel. Very comfortable and affordable

Had a very nice stay. I don't know the girls name but I'm sure you can find who checked me in. She was great. After a 5 hour drive she made the process seamless and quick. I also work for Wyndham so if you have incentives for people being mentioned in a survey I'd really like to see her appreciated. Great with people.

Good for money

On our way back from a weekend in NYC and NJ, our car's tire rod broke less than a mile from the border of our home state of Maryland. We could not get it repaired on a Sunday evening, so we had to find a last minute hotel. The City of Newark police officer who helped us get a tow told me to avoid the two cheapest and worn down hotels off I-95, so I went for the next best deal in town. Glad we took his advice because our stay last night was just good enough for a bit under a hundred bucks. It was very easy to walk 1/4 mile to get a few beers to pass the night. No problem the next morning walking a bit less to the tire and alignment shop to negotiate the repair. We had food we salvaged from our car, but the TGIF would have been right there had we not. The decent continental breakfast helped us avoid the need for a restaurant the next day. There no eggs, so light on the protein, but the waffles and cream cheese bagel and strong coffee were good enough as was the bed, which was adequate for sleeping most of the night. Our only complaint is about the noisy heating unit and thin walls that exposed us to outdoor noises, but we were grateful just to be safe in a room rather than sleeping in our car or in the woods behind the hotel. The two ladies working the desk were very nice at check out when they let me take the key back to get our food and drinks from the fridge before the Lyft took us to the tow shop. this is a reasonably priced place, a little musty but OK

Only thing the breakfast didnt really offer any protiene. The rooms were clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean my concerns was the heater had to be turned off multiple times due to it not turning down after adjusted the settings to the lowest temperature. I reserved a King size room and looks like I got something different than what I reserve. It would have been nice to have a sink in the bathroom and not in the room. Lastly the breakfast status was poor the food over the weekend was cold (eggs and meat)
