I was there because my son was graduating from the marines and it was only for 2 days but to start our room was disgusting between the bed and the night stand looked like someone vomited. You can tell the room hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Normally I don’t care what others do but you can smell all the weed that was being smoked. I will not stay here ever again. We put a chair in front of the door because we did not feel safe. The door did not close properly and you can tell that someone forced it to try to get in. When we went down for breakfast, there was none it says continental, but there was no breakfast at all. There was not even pancake mix or syrup or milk. There was nothing. The hall wall to the side machine there was no light

It was a cold rainy evening and the heater didn't work properly. It took hours to warm the room. I found a spider in the bathroom. The whole room and hotel seemed run down. There was breakfast but where the eggs were supposed to be was empty. Since I'm glutin free Iwas counting on the eggs.

Hotel definitely shows its age. Our room had a dresser without handles. Laminate floor was dirty. Window shade was porous. Waffle batter container didn’t work correctly and desk assistant couldn’t fix. No sugar. Coffee was lousy. Guests were smoking pot on grounds and on second floors over balconies—not a family place to stay.

I was annoyed by the fact that you charged me a dollar for a key. Wyndham should include it in its price. They rent your room with no key. Highway traffic is noisy.

This hotel provided an adequate experience for a quick, overnight stay, but I would not want to stay here otherwise. The staircase felt poorly lit and not terrifically safe, check-in took a long time (in spite of the fact that I filled out all the pre-check-in online forms to ensure a speedy check-in), and the rooms were not very clean. Fine for a quick overnight (we had traveled fourteen hours and had more travel ahead of us the following day), but not a hotel I would seek out again.

Property was ok and rooms somewhat recently updated with exception of showers. Clenliness was not great and LVP flooring not cleaned properly. Kept my shoes on. Beds were good but no coffee maker in room which was disappointing. Front desk girl was very friendly and the best part of the hotel.

Do not stay here as me and the wife only need 1 night and the rooms they showed me and my wife was either dirty, mold in the refrigerator or bathroom. Also, a non smoking room was basically smoked in as the manager didn’t care. We did not stay but went to the Quality Inn which was just a walk away. The Quality Inn is the place to stay and they refused to refund my money. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY AT THIS PLACE AS IT’S NOT LIKE WHAT IS ON THERE WEBSITE.

Room was very adequate for our stay. Bed frame had an issue that the maintenance people should address. Made a loud banging noise when sat on. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. As our stop was unplanned we would have liked to had some personal items available to us but there were none. Front desk lady was very nice

It was laughable. Metal sheathing that made a huge loud noise everytime you moved. The cheapest of towels etc...
The shower faucet links and makes a metallic noise every time the drop hits spigot. And there is a one dollar amentities fee. This has to go into a book.

The beds were comfortable and the price was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and responsive to needs like additional towels. Water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Overall the room satisfied the need with no major issues and we were pleased.
Definitely a “you get what you pay for room”, not recommended for people who must have the best of the best, this is more for people who are cheap or broke with tolerance of things like the room not being as clean as it could be, or cosmetically appealing. Also because of the location you need to be comfortable being around common folk or people with substance abuse issues. It would appear they have trouble finding good help, I think they allow their workers to stay in certain rooms. The whole area surrounding the hotel was somewhat of a “Ghetto” so I felt at home…lol. Like I said though, not for “classy” people.

I booked a room for one night while traveling for business. The young lady at the front desk was very polite. I just changed my drivers license from NJ to SC and was told I would be charged an additional $90 for being a SC resident.
The room was clean overall however the bed squeaked LOUDLY and shower had rust around the drain. The next morning when attempting to shower, I noticed there were no towels or face cloths in my room. I asked for towels at the front desk and was told there were no towels available. As a result I used my t-shirt to dry my face after washing it.
Despite booking my stay on Hotels.com I was charged $55 on my credit card which I was told would be refunded (at the time of making this review the charge remains on my credit card).
Overall I did not enjoy my stay and will never book again. The women at the front desk were nice but that is the only good takeaway I have

Stayed here twice. Great, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Most important I definitely felt safe staying here and the fact they are pet friendly without emptying your bank account is a huge bonus.
