I could mention the insanely disgusting and inhospitable environment of this place but I think it’s best to say I am stupefied by the fact that this place is even allowed a license to be in business. It is an abhorrent establishment, a complete health and safety hazard that should not exist. There is no regard for guest safety or feeling of responsibility by employees, employers or the participating booking agencies to provide the services that are advertised. Save your time, money and sanity, you’d be better off sleeping in a carnival porta potty.

Fair location for my needs. I didnt want to venture out to find dining or anything. Price is still reasonable and the parking was good.

The people that worked at the property are amazing. The property it self is in deplorable condition. Other patrons were loud, the door did not have a chain inside, the dead bold knob on the door did not work. The Window blinds did not go down all the way; so I had to use a sheet because I didn't want anyone looking inside. I booked for 2 nights but I checked out before 11am the next morning. The wall paint is peeling, the room smelled like smoke, the door frame was rotting, the refrigerator had black stains in the freezer and rust on the exterior. The oven was rusted and extremely dirty inside. I stayed one night of the two nights because I was tired! This property shouldn't be open. I've never stayed at a placer that was in such a deplorable condition. I should know. I've slept in the feilds when I served in the military. I feel termine about leaving this review became the folks are good people. The property needs work! Expedia, you should not let people book this property as non refundable!

This is the most nasty and most dirtiest place I have every stayed I stayed on the first floor room 104 twice I had to call front desk to tell them someone keep knocking on my door it was 11:05 pm and then again at 11:35 pm with no response from front desk I told the person if they don’t stop knocking on my door I am going to call the cops that’s when it stops. Please stop giving this place a 3 star this place is like a homeless shelter ,I took a video of the room .

It was horrible. Roaches all over the place. Crackheads all over! The workers are so rude they expect for you to bring down all the dirty towels just to receive new ones. We also NEVER received our refund we was promised. My boyfriend and I were doing laundry. One of the dryers weren’t working. We were told to do it another time. So cool. That’s fine. It went 2 days ! 2 days before I HAD TO REMIND them of the refund. My boyfriend and I were there for only 6 days. I wish I never did go there

MOULDY! STAY AWAY!!

10/15/24 As victims of Hurricane Milton, we had to evacuate. It was difficult finding a hotel, but we eventually found this one, pics attached. It was so falsely advertised. We had 7 people and needed a big enough place to accommodate all of us. It was very expensive, but had what we needed. The ad said it had two bedrooms with four beds and a living room and well-fitted kitchen. None of this was true. Upon entering, there was a king bed in the living room and a separate room with a queen bed, no other beds. There was also a broken loveseat with no bedding. Three men could not even open it as the metal was broken. I hurt my back trying to help open it. We had to sleep 4 to a bed in one and 2 in the other with one person on the broken loveseat. We also paid for two bathrooms. There was one tiny one with a broken bathtub drain. We had a child with us. They left us three towels and washcloths for seven people and two little bars of soap. The whole place was disgusting. Let’s talk kitchen. The so-called well-fitted kitchen had not one utensil or even one drinking glass. We called and asked to what is a so called kitchen kit…for a fee, but they never gave us one. No glasses, no kitchen towels, no silverware, no pans…nothing. To top it off, the refrigerator was broken and the shelf fell off and an entire bottle of wine broke all over the kitchen floor. Do you think we even had a broom and dustpan to clean it up, NOPE! We had to use our bath towels the best we could.

They had to show me 4 rooms. All were disgusting. Dirty pillow cases. Dirty sheets. The man thst worked (Johnny) kept saying it was under new management. It was extremely unsafe. While I was walking to my room through the pool area, there were 3 guys getting high right out in the open. The management did nothing about it. It was a nightmare. The room that I finally got was disgusting. Dirty microwave. The air conditioner was much smaller that the hole it fit into. You could actually reach through the opening to the outside, which was extremely uncomfortable since I was on the first floor. The management offered me a free night and I told them the motel should be shutdown due to all the health and safety aspects. What a shame that you actually promote that place for the money. Says very little about Expedia. Maybe when someone gets hurt, robbed or killed there you'll wake up

The check-in process is too slow. The room only had one towel and no wash cloth. The room was clean but could use some enhancement. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to stay there.

Good vibe very helpful staff also a nice pool close to shops as well

Property was a great value compared to other places/prices. I wanted a room for the night & got exactly that. Pros: Cost of room FREE PARKING COLD AC VERY HOT WATER Ice machine on 1st floor Clean room Clean linen Room had no smells Cons: Place has great potential; I understood the game & was not expecting the best. I was satisfied with the adversities the place had & I will be back because of the value I got ❤️🙏🤝.

En très mauvaise état. On a passé une nuit casi blanche a cause d'un mauvais voisin qui parlait très fort toute la nuits comme si c'était dans notre chambre. Pue la cigarette alors que c'est sensé etre non fumeur. Non recommandé.

This motel came with a few little friends that liked to crawl around from the cracks of the flooring. The motel wasn't very clean but at least I made a few roach friends.

Cheap,but u get what u lay for... no towels, pillows.. they dont accommodate to nothing

Der Aufenthalt im Beach&Town Motel war äußerst beunruhigend. Zunächst war der Check-in-Prozess äußerst langwierig & unorganisiert. Das Personal schien überfordert. Uns wurde ein Zimmer zugewiesen, das bereits von einem anderen Gast belegt war. Diese peinliche Panne führte zu einer unangenehmen Begegnung mit den bereits im Zimmer befindlichen Gast, der offensichtlich Marijuana konsumierte, dieses verursachte erheblichen Unmut bei uns. An der Rezeption wurde wenig unternommen, um die Unannehmlichkeiten zu minimieren. Es wurde uns wortlos ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Auf den Weg dorthin, war es schockierend zu sehen, wie weitere Gäste Drogen konsumierten und sich in den öffentlichen Bereichen des Hotels auffällig verhielten. Dies schuf eine äußerst unangenehme & unsichere Atmosphäre. Außer dem großen Drogenprobleme,machte das Zimmer einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Der Boden schmutzig, verdreckte Bettwäsche mit Brandlöcher, defekte Jalousie, durch diese konnte man von außen ins Zimmer schauen. Die Sicherheit der Gäste sollte oberste Priorität haben. In Anbetracht der unzureichenden Reaktion des Personals & der allgemeinen Unannehmlichkeiten, während meines Check-in haben wir unverzüglich versucht, das Zimmer zu stornieren und eine alternative Unterkunft zu finden. Leider wurde unsere Anfrage auf Stornierung jedoch unverständlicherweise abgelehnt. Aufgrund der untragbaren Bedingungen haben wir uns entschlossen, das Hotel sofort zu verlassen.

Process was lengthy and difficult. Gate didn’t grant me access because it was raining and fob card wasn’t working. Room looked outdated. Bed was not comfortable. Friendly receptionist.! He provided excellent customer service.! That’s why I decided to stay.!
