The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and they have tried to update it. Our table lamp did not work, the pool is cold, and the linens are stained from years of use. It does the job, but isn’t the newest or cleanest place if that is a deal breaker for you.

We had to switch room twice. The first time the room was still wasn't fully cleaned, second time there was an exposed light switch. We got to the third room there was hair all over the back of the toilet. Then while we were gone the picture that was hanging on the wall fell and the frame broke. The bedding was really worn out. I HIGHLY recommend staying somewhere else. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible.

The lady at the front desknwas verg kind, other than that, cleanliness was definitely and issue: several clumps of black hair on the bathroom floor, tub didn't hold water, the bed was uncomfortable- you could feel the bedsprings. Hardly slept because we heard the neighbor talking and watching tv the entire night. We will not return

We had to remove our own trash no room service pool was cold unable to swim bathroom water pressure was horrible spicier was coming off cloth shower curtain has no liner floor was soaked breakfast was lacking no individual milk it was a small amount in a pitcher for everyone to use 1 type of mini muffin couldn’t eat due to allergy issues not sure of ingredients.

It was not indicated that the hotel was undergoing renovations. Our window was covered up and we could not see out. The shower curtain was too short and narrow and the bathroom floor was soaked after each shower. The pool was freezing, had to ask at the desk for towels. Breakfast was the same all 3 days, the prepackaged muffins were stale, and the orange juice machine had a taste like it had not ever been clean. Beds are small. One bed was very uneven and had broken springs. Many upcoming trips to the area, but we will not return here.

This hotels condition has deteriorated badly is this last couple years. We arrived around 8 pm room we were given had door propped open by safety latch. There was no shampoo or soap present. There was a rip in the carpet at the door.

-Stayed 4 nights, and EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, we had to have the room keys reset, because they wouldn’t open our room.
- Reserved a room with a Jetted Tub, and the Jets did not work. We informed the front desk of the issues and we were told someone would take care of it. No one came to look at it, and we were still charged full price for a Jetted Tub Room.
- indoor pool was ICE cold.
- Continental Breakfast was terrible.
- Check in was a mess, with people lined all throughout the lobby, due to only one person working, on a busy weekend.
Overall was NOT the best way to spend $1000 for lodging on a trip.
