It's an odd location, but conveniently located and the staff were really nice.

Airport shuttle

Property very old. Weird smell in the entire place. Poor breakfast. Area did not feel safe.

Reservations made w/ Hotels.com nearly 75 days before for King Bed w/ separate Living Area. BUT @ check-in aas advised room type had been over booked by Best Western & would have to accept Queen Room w/ separate Living Area. No offer for reduction in price offered even asking for such. Hot Tub was actually a tub full of Hot Water whereas the jets on the Spa were unoperable & had been broken/out of commission for some time. Breakfast was o.k. & typical. Front desk personnel gave free tokens for washer/dryer - savings of $3. Within walking distance (3 blocks) to light rail station (Angel Lake) for easy access to downtown Seattle & Univ. of WA.

The room was immaculate and comfortable. However we had difficulty turning on the shower. Hopefully the problem has been solved. Great breakfast, lovely welcome by Florence.

Front Desk need major improvement. Everything else is great!

Our stay met all of our needs. We even utilized the guest laundry room to wash our backpacking clothes prior to departing. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but it was very dark and dated.

Staff is always very friendly. Hotel meets my needs. It is a bit dated. Could use an upgrade. I like that it is near the airport, there is free parking

Nice room, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff does not answer the phone. We called for shuttle for over 20 minutes, searching other phone numbers, using two phones, repeatedly, no answer. Twice we called them for shuttles and it took way too long for them to answer. Fustrating.

No plane noise!

No security. Didn’t feel like my vehicle was safe parked there.

The room was large and updated, breakfast was great with many cooked items (varied day to day), staff was very helpful and location was walkable to Orca light rail into Seattle.

Very good breakfast!! 10 minutes to rental car return.

Very clean and hot tub!

Very satisfied with the facility. The staff is very friendly. At check in, they were very aware of our needs and accommodating, even though they were training a new employee. Also, gave us a ride to the airport. Definitely, we would stay there again.

The staff were amazing. Suggested a restaurant/bar that was incredible.

It smelled like smoke . I also asked about food they sent me to a place that was closwd . So i saved 65 on room cost compared to hilton but spent 45 on uber to go eat and a extra hour

For the money and a 1 night stay it works. Staff was excellent.

Horrible experience. Staff was professional, but the quality of the room was terrible. Every sound comes through the walls and door and I was placed next to a very loud family. Hours of their kid screaming and running down the hall. The adults were in and out of the doors, slamming them. It didn’t stop until 11pm, only for screaming to start again at 5am. Never staying at this Best Western again.

Breakfast ending at 9 AM is way too early. Should last until at least 10 AM.
