Property was lovely clean and comfortable. Liked the fact there was a bar and a Denny’s right next door, would have happily stayed longer but got off because of the hurricane.

We came in while they were renovating some of the rooms. The place was nice, clean, comfortable, great staff, nice pool, Dennys next door. I would stay again

This was my 2nd time staying here. I was traveling solo and as a 50yr old woman I felt very safe. My room was newly updated and very clean. Comfy bed and WOW on the shower water pressure. No bugs which is amazing in Florida. I'd stay here again.

TV wasn’t hooked up. I figured out how to do it. No one ever showed up until the next day. There was another hurricane coming, and we kinda needed to watch the weather. There was an inch of dust on the exhaust fan. There was mold growing on the bedskirt, no ice machine, the people that were staying there were out at 2 AM sitting outside, talking very loudly. I stay at Dan before I know they’re not the Ritz, but this was disgusting. We stayed here out of necessity.
I booked through Expedia, so even though I reached out to the front desk several times they said there was nothing they could do that. I needed to get with Expedia to try to get a refund. I spent the next week Making my house ready and evacuating for hurricane Milton and since I had water damage afterwards, I haven’t had a chance to call and complain to Expedia.

The bathroom was disgusting! The door looked chewed on the bottom with some paint to cover it, the ceiling had paint coming off, the drain in the tub was wide open with nothing to stop it, the toilet ran the whole time ect, ect, ect…

Room smelled of mold and bathroom had mildew everywhere. Sheets felt sandy. Check in was weird. Could not see the person sitting at the desk and my room number was stated out loud in front of some guy at the desk. I wondered how I got a decent rate during scallop season and now I know why. WE were only there for about 8 hours but I would not have stayed another night.

Checked in 4pm and left to meet friends. Came back later that night to the room and key wouldn’t function. Went to front desk with all my luggage. Night manager couldn’t get in either. Turns out there was someone already booked for that room and they were inside trying to get a hold of the front desk. Night manager checked my license and computer, turns out I was given keys to wrong room. Everything turned out ok but the lack of attention to detail has me wary of staying here again. Especially for the money they charge.

When I went into the room there was a roach crawling across the floor near the AC. The door would not close with out slamming it, someone opened it about 2am one morning I assume because it was not shut well enough. I have stayed here before and not had a problem. It was a different part of the hotel. I was very disappointed .

We stayed at this hotel because the ratings were good and because of the ability to park our boat trailer and then launch right there. The location is fabulous. But I got stuck in the rain and walked in the door and my husband wiped the floor behind me with a towel, and the floor was filthy. The transition between the bathroom and room was black with sticky goo. And then at 2:30 in the more we’re awakened to 20 people having a party right outside our room, drinking, screaming, honking horns and squealing tires. When we called the desk she said “oh they’re not gone yet? We’ve had other calls”. They did clear the party out shortly after but it was hours before I could get back to sleep. All of this for the most money I’ve ever paid to stay in a two star hotel.

The staff was great and friendly. We had an issue with a loud AC and the front desk clerk and housekeeper both asked us if we wanted to change rooms. We had so much luggage and stuff we just stayed in our room instead of moving. But they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Great job and we will definitely stay here again.
