Very comfortable accommodations, room was excellent. Buffet was Awesome!

Valet was hard to locate. Had to continuously ask for them to call the valet person so we could get our car. Lights were burnt out in our room upon check in and outlets didnt work. A bit over priced to be honest. But over all i would stay their again as ive stayed there before. Over all staff is friendly and its a good place to stay.

Loved staying here. It was close to everything I wanted to do while I was there. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The experience overall was great. Very beautiful place, the staff is very friendly, especially the bar tender who helped us, he was very friendly. Our room’s door was hard to open and hard to close. Also, the hotel pays ART for transportation to and from Disney. I suggest you stop paying them. We took a Lyft to Disney then when we came out we got on the ART bus and the app didn’t open my passes but luckily I was suggested by the hotel to screenshot them or save them in my iPhone wallet. They didn’t have the wallet option so I screenshot it and the driver said because they were screenshot he could not provide us a ride. I showed him proof that I was staying at the hotel and he turned us away. He was so rude and was making faces when came up to the bus. He was outside of Disney around 12:30 am, thin, maybe 5’6” in stature, and darker skin. I struggled to get those passes and the front desk was helping me so to be turned away in such a rude way was incredibly unprofessional.

The rooms are huge! Beautiful property.

If you go for breakfast at the end of the time period the eggs are crusty, food is soggy. The omlets are the only thing fresh & with flavor. Room cleanliness was also sub par. The balcony is so small you cant get a chair out there, and we were over the hotel AC so it was extremely loud and not restful at all. The front desk check in staff are very friendly & kind. The location is about 10 min from disney so its convenient. There are better options for the cost.

Excellent breakfast

Check in and out was easy. Appreciated the complimentary drinks before 6pm, the indoor pool, and the complimentary breakfast. The room was pretty spacious, however, the bathtub still had hair, carpet had toenail clippings which my 1 year old stepped on, and the trash can in the room, which was not emptied out, had items in there that is not appropriate to mention on here.

This property was dated. Our room really needed an update. From the mattresses to the bathroom. For this reason, I am hesitant to return to this Hilton hotel. The nice thing was the in-hotel dining, free breakfast buffet and the bar.

We stayed there during the Eaton fire and they were very accommodating. It felt like a refuge. Great service, value for money and a lovely environment.

Suite was very liveable with our toddler.

We’ve always stayed at different Embassy Suites around LA County. This was the first time we stayed at the Orange location. The location is safe and away from traffic. The breakfast & cocktail hour food & drinks were good and well-kept. We had a huge problem getting towels and had to ask multiple times a day to get a new set; sometimes not getting them until the next day. I did not find consistent help at the front desk or at housekeeping. This made a huge impression on our stay & we will not return to this location. I do want to recognize Erwin for helping us get what we needed and followed up for us during our visit.

My stay was excellent. I loved the hotel. It was close enough to Disney which was my destination and the kids had a blast in the hotel. The full breakfast was amazing. I hope I get another opportunity to again visit one of your properties
