Hot tub and pool were out of service, room smelled like someone fried fish in it, pillows were terrible and the bed was as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. Will never return there. Worse hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.

There was no parking when we arrived after our function. It was 11 pm and the front desk person was not helpful at all. Didn’t even seem to care

Clean room, mattresses and pillows left a lot to be desired. It was essentially like not having a pillow at all. Breakfast was great and staff very professional.

Beds were awful and made a terrible creaking noise whenever anyone moved even a little bit. In mutiple rooms as we stayed with a group. To the point that after the first night the dads tried to fix them in multiple rooms. No towel hooks at all in the bathroom even though it said to hang towels to be eco friendly. Fan didnt work. Pool has been closed for a month and didnt have it on the website. Booked it for the pool because of kids. Supposedly had a lounge but desk person told our friends they were referring to the gas station

Pool was down. Wish they would update online information so we would have known. Other than that great stay

We received no notice that the pool and hot tub were down. It was down for a few days before travel. I couldn’t cancel since I booked through Expedia and that every other hotel was basically full by then. Very disappointed. Beds sucked too.

We stayed for 2 nights the weekend before Christmas. My younger kids and their cousins were excited to swim. Upon arrival, I was told the pool was closed. Why wasn't I notified? They said the manager didn't notify any of the guests. The front desk clerk was nice, but was frustrated, likely not the first unhappy customer. I asked if they had worked with a nearby hotel to allow guests to use their pool. They said, no. I had stayed at hotels that did this before and their effort was appreciated. I was unhappy and asked if there's some sort of discount or something. They said the manager would contact me to discuss. I never heard from the manager. The pool was still closed when we left. We spent $60 someplace else so the kids could swim...not good when already travelling over the holidays. Customer Notification? NO, by choice Alternate Accommodation? NO, by choice Discount or Anything else? NO, by choice Another frustrating thing was the wifi. They are part of Hilton now and require a membership to use the wifi. Initially, it is free, but it was a pain to setup...especially on more than one device. Also, if you plan to stay in Hiltons or Hamptons much, wifi likely won't be free. The room was ok. Having stayed at Hamptons before, I recall the rooms much nicer and in better condition. We made the best of it and at least had a place to sleep. I will likely steer clear of Hiltons and Hamptons going forward unless something changes.

The Inn is a cheap & nice place to take a rest, but I would not spend an entire day or spend my holiday staying in the inn. Just take a rest there & move on with your travel

A trip to celebrate and visit friends. The hotel staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful.

Nice stay with the usual amenities. Hampton’s usually come through. This one is on a busier road that is a bit noisy.

Nice clean place. Front desk was very helpful.

Workers were high on drugs. Pool was busted. (Nothing was posted on any website anywhere)

We always love staying at the Hampton Inn. The place is always clean and quiet. They also have some of the best customer service in the industry. They have saved the day for us multiple times and we would recommend this property to anyone.
