They didn’t honor my reservation !!!!!! I had buy a whole other room!!!!!

Very happy with the hotel. Very clean, quiet, friendly staff. It was also convenient because it had a café in there for us to eat breakfast in the morning. Definitely recommend

I stayed with my daughter for a dance competition, while in our room at night someone walked into my room!! They gave someone else the key to my room and said I wasn’t “fully booked” and it was a glitch in the system so they booked someone else to the same room! I told the front desk I didn’t feel safe and they offered me free parking as if that was going to make me sleep soundly. They offered a breakfast voucher but the staff was unfriendly and rude. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again. I had a horrible experience!

Bed linens were super wrinkled when we got there. We got vouchers for breakfast and the lady working there brings us a check for the full amount without vouchers and wants me to sign and tip and total and just trust her that she will take off the two meals. I heard her bring several other checks that way to guests as well. Why would I sign a check for an amount I am not agreeing to pay? Missing tile in the shower that was just filled in with what looked like grout. It was a huge space.

I slept well but the toilet room needs to be remodeled and a couple more furniture to let people put their stuff on will make the experience better!

Estuvimos 6 noches ahí y no limpiaron nuestra habitación ningún día, (aclarando que cuando hicimos check in dijimos que queríamos la limpieza diario porque nos dieron esa opción) teníamos que hablar para que nos abastecieran de papel higiénico y toallas, los dbotes de basura del hotel llenos y por lo tanto olía mal … We stayed there for 6 nights and they didn't clean our room any day, (clarifying that when we checked in we said that we wanted daily cleaning because they gave us that option) we had to talk to them so that they would supply us with toilet paper and towels, the hotel trash cans were full and therefore it smelled bad

The room exchange I have waited for 1 day. Room never cleared after 2 days of stay also

The bed was unstable with a terrible sound underneath. The mattress sheets had blood stain

Staff was pleasant and helpful. One thing to note that if you park, it is $20 extra per day. We didn’t notice when we booked otherwise there might have been other economical options

Ok wasnt sure what to expect at such a reasonable price. I was somewhat apprehensive. Opon entering the hotel, I was greated by a very friendly and warm environment a very clean and charming lobby. A very pleasant check in and on to my room. It was very clean and comfortable! I will return. Thank you Hilton.

This hotel was very clean. My review is mainly on the staff, especially Jesse who assisted me during breakfast. What an amazing customer service! He is the real deal. I ordered food for me and my kids and he was super helpful. Great job, Jesse and the rest of the staff. You all made us feel welcome. Keep it up!
