When we arrived the hotel was on fire. Lots of fire equipment and personnel in the lobby. We were sent to a different hotel.

Nothing to review, they called at the last moment and cancelled my booking for some stupid reason. I think they overbooked, but obviously no way to prove it. When asked if they'd help in booking me another place because I was already on my way and that is what good hospitality practice dictates, they said they cannot and that's that. It's abhorrent and they should go out of business.

Overall, we enjoyed our visit as it was great for a family with kids. The pool area is amazing and the server at breakfast was great. The bar was not open which was a bummer and the front desk staff were unhelpful.

Great hotel! Extremely clean!

This is a review about this hotel's cancellation policy and their complete unwillingness to refund for a portion of multi day reservation what is supposed to be a customer's right. Please note, I am a member of IHG and hotels.com for over 15 years, and Holiday Inns have been a preferred choice of stay, I never cancel reservations but as there is always a first time, it happened last week. My group of guests incurred some travel issues on Canada-US border and we could not continue on our trip to Boston. I understood immediately that my first night of reservation is non-applicable for a refund, but as our reservation was a two-nights stay, I requested for a refund for a second night, on which I got a resolute no as an answer, without further explanation, even after multiple requests. I am not yet sure of my next steps in this, but I wanted to inform future customers about this and in hope someone from upper IHG management would see this and a treatment for a long term IHG and hotels.com customer. I travel and stay a lot in hotels while travelling, and I will seriously consider my future reservations with IHG group.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the fresh berries and melon. Staff was friendly, attentive and responsive. Everything was perfect.

I loved our stay here! Its an amazing hotel great service everyone is very kind, the breakfast buffet was so good. The best part was the indoor pool and activities center. If you have kids its a great place to stay you get and indoor pool and kids under 12 eat the breakfast buffet for free! I would definitely stay here again!

Some staff were very nice but some were clueless. Front desk man did not know what a luggage rack was. And breakfast was $15 even if you only had coffee and toast. Saved by a cooperative server. We have stayed there in the past and the service was much better then.

Everything about our stay here was excellent, from the service at the front desk to the bartender at the restaurant, if we ever return to Boston we will be staying here again, if I could give 10 stars I would !!

The staff in the restaurant were great but the food was subpar and the rest of the staff was very rude

Staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly. Front desk personnel was a great help with giving directions around town and providing recommendations. The shuttle driver at the hotel was amazing! He went out of his way to familiarize us with the subway system! The room was comfortable and what needed for a night.
