Staff extremely friendly have stayed here several times always look forward to stay at a wonderful hotel

We chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, which provided easy access to the Great Smoky Mountains and the charming city of Gatlinburg. This aspect of our stay did not disappoint, and we appreciated the convenience. However, our experience with the service was mixed. The nighttime staff at the reception were not particularly friendly, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the manager was responsive and professional. After raising concerns about the cleanliness of our room—specifically, a sticky and very dirty floor which seemed neglected since their cleaning policy extends over four-day intervals—the manager efficiently handled our complaint and graciously issued a refund for one night, which we found fair. Despite these issues, the hotel served a decent and fresh breakfast each morning, which was a pleasant way to start the day. Additionally, it was evident that the hotel has undergone recent renovations, and the facilities generally appeared updated and well-maintained. In summary, while there are areas for improvement, particularly in terms of housekeeping frequency and some aspects of customer service, the renovated facilities and the quality breakfast add value. Would consider staying again if assured that the cleaning services have been improved.

Room shower had hairs all over. Toilet was shaking. In addition room smells bad. $250 is way too much for this type of room for 1 night.

We went for NYE and the area was busy but we never felt overcrowded at the hotel. Check in was very easy and the staff was great. Rooms were clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable as well. Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom really small, shower not working properly, horrible smell in hallway leading to my room.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Pigeon Forge, close to everything!

I booked the hotel because of the pictures and the high reviews, but I was highly disappointed. Bed was squeaky, like it had a lose piece of metal and I couldn’t sleep all night as it would wake me when my son moved at night , bathrooms were dirty, we found a dirty shirt under our sheets I’m assuming from previous guest which is disturbing, hotel is outdated (you can tell they’ve renovated but still has a lot of work to be done to match pictures).

Hotel was okay ! It wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in Pigeon Forge. Could do better with cleanliness ! Floors looked like it hasn’t been mopped in a long time . Walls are paper thin and can hear every word of the person next door .

Property was very clean inside and out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Suite with fireplace was amazing. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was spot on with waffles, eggs, and sasuage. Next time we are in town we will definitely be back. Thank for the great experience. Great job staff for keeping the room clean A

One of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Bathroom is tiny. Service was great but the rooms could use at little extra cleaning. Floors were dirty. I would stay again but I will probably look for other options first.

The room was awkward and small. As you walk in the door the bathroom vanity and sink are immediately to your right. The above the counter sink bowl is too high to comfortably wash your face or brush your teeth. I am 5'4" and had to stand on my toes. No matter how slowly you turn the faucet it would splash water everywhere. The mirror behind the faucet was too far away to be able to use it to put on my makeup. The AC equipment under the window was 6 inches away from my side of the bed, it was hard to get in and out. We also struggled to keep the fitted sheets on the mattress, they kept coming off, not sure if the beds were not properly made or the sheets were poor quality and didnt hold in place. Also the sink and tub were slow to drain. The hotel is in a convenient location close to everything.

Great hotel, but fire alarm went off twice, once at 2 o’clock in the morning. Luckily it was a false alarm but took about 30 minutes to get it reset.

Room booked through Expedia at $132.00 per night. At checkout, the rates (not including taxes) were well above this amount. Property responded and essentially says booked rates may change without notice for many reasons. Bad business.
