Good value for the price

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay at this property due to its condition and set up. Parking was extremely tight and limited and there was not enough for all guests, so you had to find parking elsewhere, walk blocks back to the hotel and request reimbursement, or stay in a spot if you got one and take Ubers, another expense. The sidewalk outside the hotel was closed so you had to walk in the street. The rooms were in pretty poor condition, they haven't been updated in a very long time, cigarette burns on the carpets, tons of stains, rusty fixtures in the bathroom, broken or missing cabinet doors. Our assigned room's toilet broke twice, the second time at 1 am, so we had to move rooms at 1:15 am. My friend stepped on a twisted metal wire poking out of the carpet which hurt but luckily didn't break the skin or there would have had to be tetanus shots as well. In order to get the heater to stop blowing hot air we had to turn the AC on. Street noise very loud. Etc. The staff were polite.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The pictures on Expedia do not tell the true story. The entrance to the hotel was blocked so you had to park halfway out in the busy street to check in. Check in went horribly. We didn't get the room with the king bed due to no heat in that room. It was late so we settled for two queens. The room was ice cold and took 2hours to heat up. The bed was old and SQUEEKY; kept me up all night. Carpeting old and frayed. Bathroom was gross! Seal on toilet leaked and left water on the floor. Vents were dirty and disgusting. Hallway was ICE COLD and had a funky smell. Lobby had a different weird smell as well. Along with the WAY TOO HIGH cost for staying in this disgusting place, there was an additional charge of $20 a day for not so secure parking. All in all my advice to Expedia is to get this one off your web site. Pictures do not match the experience. Very disappointing!!

It was quiet and peaceful and clean and staff are nice . Only it should be renovated cause its kind of old already.

The stay here is ALWAYS exceptional. We have been staying here 2 times a year since 2022.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is great. Its an old motel and it shows. But when you need someplace convenient for business its great. And the staff is always accommodating and easy to work with. I stay here every year when traveling for work.

The room was very dirty, carpet was filthy and the room smelled horrible. Pain chipping, bathroom floor peeling up, bed not comfortable....The room was in very poor condition

Honest review for a cheer competition weekend. Wanted a budget friendly hotel. Hotel was old, dated and needs new carpet. The carpet is gross. The elevator and walkways smell like smoke. Bathroom had no fans for airflow. No window option for airflow. Ceilings are very low. The outlets do not work for charging tablets and phones. Had to move the bed to get one to work. Elevator was sketchy. We made it work, it was super close to the convention center. They allowed me to leave my car after checkout which was nice. The staff is friendly. The hotel is just not up to our liking. We did save alot of money by staying here. We will choose a more updated hotwl next time.

Nicely appointed room.

The service was great, other than that it wasn’t the best room I got unfortunately. I was in room 510 and the walls have cracks in them, the toilet wouldn’t fill with water, there looked to be blood spots on the carpet and nasty stains on the bed spring I can only imagine what that was. The view from the room was great and the AC worked good. Besides that I probably will choose somewhere else to go.

I was fortunate to find a room here on short notice after needing to find a place to stay close to Legacy Emanual Hospital. They have a parking garage on site that is well lit and monitored which put my mind at ease. I had read reviews concerning the street noise due to the metro train, but did not notice it much and the streets were quiet at night as far as foot traffic was concerned. The views of the city at night were a much appreciated bonus. They allow pets and were very kind and welcoming to our dog when we walked in the door. The staff were lovely to deal with and made everything so easy and stress free for me at an otherwise stressful time which i could not be more grateful for. The main front desk person we saw the most was Tara, and she was an absolute blessing. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy check-in. Nice staff. Room had been remodeled and was nicer than expected. Super convenient to walk to Moda Center.

It is good place and convenient to watch game

The room was right on the Max line and the glass wall didn’t quiet it a bit. Had the heat on all night and it barely made a difference. The front desk had to bring me 2 extra blankets.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and all linens spotless. However the building is older and the bathrooms are cramped and out of date. It’s great for a budget stay if you need to be in Lloyd District!

Cult classic, good stay!
