Although the location was very convenient to the National Comedy Center in Jamestown, NY, our room was in a state of disrepair. The door latch required a couple of visits from the maintenance person to get us in our room. The mirror light in the bathroom did not work. The entry light switch in our room worked intermittently. The cover to the PTAC AC unit under the window was disengaged. Also, the front desk was a mess with clipboards and papers strewn about. Also, the room cleaning crew had to report to the front desk to get their assignments when we were checking out. That should have been done in a back office. Additionally, there were homeless people hanging around the entrance to the hotel building.

Hotel is old and showing its age. Needs an update. Receptionist was not welcoming and seemed distracted or didn’t really know what he was doing?

Breakfast was good

had to constantly walk by people standing out front smoking. Parking very tight. Not anything fancy or special about room. Breakfast weak. Wife didn't feel comfortable and we would not stay here again.

Was a pretty old building that needed some updates.

When we first pulled up to the hotel it already from the outside look like an hourly rate motel however, I was stuck due to my daughter having a performance in Fredonia and everything being sold out within 10 minutes of being there I had pulled out and moved the little couch with the bed in it there was more garbage and food under there than there was in the garbage can I went to the front desk to complain they told me that there was no cleaning staff at that time that it would be first thing in the morning. Also, our toilet was clogged. The kid from the front desk came and tried to plunge it and said he couldn’t do it that maintenance would be there the next day Well, the next day comes and nobody is still there. My husband went to the front desk to see what was going on and they told us that they don’t have maintenance on the weekends and handed him a plunger and a snake so he had to do it himself. I also told them That the maids never came to clean my room and all they could say was I am I am sorry not a refund not even half price nothing oh and by the way there snack area had one bottle of water in it and I am hypoglycemic and was very low. Went to go grab myself apple juice or orange juice and there was nothing in there. I asked the kid if he could turn the machine onfrom breakfast and he told me he wasn’t allowed so instead of getting me some kind of juice or something I said to him, would you rather be calling in an ambulance when I pass out thank God, my husband and I

Room was suppose to be smoke free but smelled of cigarettes. The bedskirt was stained with what I probably don’t want to know. The nightstands both had dried up liquid of some sort. The hallways smelled of mildew and they tried to cover it up with running dehumidifiers. But I guess you get what you pay for. In the future I will stay at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel where I usually stay but didn’t this trip because I was trying to be a little closer to where I needed to go while in town.

I was very satisfied with the room, the quality of the property, the cleanliness and modern amenities

Good room in the center of things.

The hotel itself was good. But we had rude people next to us. We had to call the desk at 2:00am because they were SO LOUD!!! After they were told , they were quiet for a short time. But all night they were loudly moaning and carrying on . Very Rude at that time of morning

Limited breakfast items. Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Did not have clean towels offered next day or clean room. Fridge made noise all night. Loud people all night long.

Friendly staff

It was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and nice. Excellent location for comedy museums. The walls are thin. We were in a connecting room and could hear all conversations in the other room late into the night.

I was impressed how clean everything was in our room and bathroom.

The pool was wonderful! Breakfast was great. Only negative was carpet.

Here for the Comedy Center just around the corner. Very clean and comfortable. Room very large, well designed. Big, soft towels! Great value and lots to walk to.

I arrived at 11pm and was not informed that there was no hot water. There was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The carpeting was visibly soiled.

It was clean and everything, but there were kids running up and down the hall screaming. And to use the heater in my room, I literally had to plug the heater in to use it. And the pool water was freezing cold. Other than that. It was a somewhat good experience.
