I was given a room that was freezing cold, no heat. The front desk person told me, it will heat up in 20 minutes, it didn't. I was given another room; it took time to heat up. The bathtub took a long time for the water to go down the drain.

The two ladies during the check-in were very courteous and joyful. The room was clean, although debris was under the bed. The facility is starting to show its age.

The two ladies at the front desk were super friendly. Haven’t had anyone that friendly and pleasant before. Kudos to them.

Breakfast is very mediocre. No hot meal Just three types of cereal Bagel and cream cheese Coffee Milk juices Muffins and other sticky buns

This hotel was conveniently located to house my out of town family for a wedding. No one had any complaints for their stay. This is the only hotel in town. There our restaurants near by (ie Crackle Barrel, Red Robin, Taco bell, Wendy's, Burger King and McDonald's to mention a few). There is shopping too Walmart and Cabela's are near by.

We requested cleaning service to remove trash while we were there. I personally asked the front desk to have them remove the trash and when we arrived back there that night the trash was still in our room.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. If there was any other hotel in the area, I would have picked it. There was a couple of staff members that were very nice, but most of them were extremely rude. There was a customer that had a simple request and was berated for it in front of everyone while he was eating breakfast. The assistant manager talking with him was extremely rude to him and was not trying to understand what he was asking for at all, but could have been resolved if the staff was communicating with each other. Aside from that jarring experience, the place did not feel clean or look clean, things were broken and falling apart everywhere, and the elevator is extremely sketchy. We asked for very late checkout (3pm) and it was approved, yet housekeeping was at our door at 11:30 in spite of the 'do not disturb' sign being displayed. Breakfast was limited, but not terrible and well stocked; the coffee was good. Overall, this hotel runs and feels like a $50/night (being generous) hotel charging more than double that. All of the problems appear to be lack of quality management and communication.

Terrible front desk staff, had bad attitudes, no customer service skills at all. Was told only 2 ppl were on staff, rest had covid. Canceled stay right then and there. Do not stay here.

Creaking floors and limited housekeeping.Noisy heating system

The floor smelled like marijuana and the wall paper was peeling in our room but other then that was a decent accommodation

We booked a Queen suite, there area that was to have a sofa a chair had a coffee table and a desk chair, see the pictures. The smoke detector did not have a cover. The carpet had red stains all over. The connecting door did not have a lock or handle and had door stops at the bottom, see pictures. We will never stay here again. I tried to add the pictures I took and it would not let me.

There are many signs around the hotel about the housekeeping. We were there for three days and never saw housekeeping ,upon checking out when we questioned it. They said oh you have to ask for housekeeping. This is something that should be communicated to all guest upon check-in. The little lighter than this one. I just meant i

Convenient & friendly staff!

The property is in a great location, close to lots of shopping. We specifically booked a room that had a hot tub. Unfortunately, it was not usable due to lack of cleanliness. The jets were discolored and needed an extremely good cleaning.

Clean quiet place with a great bar

The gave us a room with 2 full size beds instead of what we reserved. We reserved two queen.
