Loved being right on the water, loved the water adventures right there at the hotel. I wish they had disclosed the loud construction that goes on daily, unsure when that will be completed. I also have to say that the continental breakfast is only for “premium” members and unless you pay a lot extra (for the basic egg and bacon hot station) you’re only getting a small bag with no hot food. Now that’s out of the way, the rooms, while a little out dated, are functional, kept with care, and thoroughly clean. The staff is so nice, and I really cannot say enough how beautiful the campus is. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Also, the restaurant nextdoor, Crackers, is the best! Great food and great drinks for really good prices!

I reserved a King and was given 2 full size beds. When I brought it to their attention they said it was the same price so no price adjustment but I want a King bed none was offered.

We had a great experience from check-in to picking up our complimentary grab-and-go breakfasts the next morning. We chose the hotel because it's on the water which was so convenient - we were able to dock our paddle boards right next to the pool area. It was a VERY good bang for your buck.

. Room furniture was poor. shower did not work. [ Repaired the next day ] The place was very old and showed it . Price was high given the quality of the facility . You asked me 3 times over about 16 minutes to do this survey. Need to get your act together

The young girl working the counter kept calm and connected even there was like 10 people trying to check in at once! Good for her :) the only complaint I have is the debris floating in the pool and hot tub from the construction.

The room and property were nice, but they had construction going on so started working early and were noisy.

Beds terrible Ordered king bed and they put me in double bed room. So I paid 220, and they put me in $150 room

Stayed in a handicapped room (although didn't need one). The light switch for the bathroom was behind the door on outside. So you had to close the bathroom door and turn the light on, then open the door to do into bathroom. Doesn't make sense in a regular room and especially not a handicapped room. Bed was very comfortable and room clean and nice. Friendly staff. There "breakfast included" was misleading. It was a "bag to go". Tiny orange, tiny granola bar and bottle of water. With all the hype we seen online, we were disappointed. It was in January, so maybe it's better in warmer weather.

The lobby looked nice and modern but didn’t match the rooms. My card key didn’t work and I had to wait an hour to get into my room. The front desk employee did try to get my room open but wasn’t successful and had to call everyone to help and no one was answering their phones at 11p. The phone inside the room didn’t work so that I can at least call the front desk. The little garbage in the bathroom was holding the bathroom door open. The shower water took about 5 minutes to get hot. The do not disturb magnet was falling apart. Terrible experience

DO NOT STAY HERE. Rooms are not as advertised. Stuck in unrebovatwd building. Cleanliness and condition are questionable. No hot tub as advertised. Water $3 a bottle. Undrinkable coffee $3. Hard Croissant $3. Woman at counter is “not all there” - rude and offensive. This is a horrible place and no one there seems to care. Think twice.

This property was the perfect location for our 4 day stay in Crystal River. The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast at the coffee shop every morning before heading out for a day of swimming with the manatees, shopping in town (which is within walking distance), kayaking, or site seeing. It is so convenient to have the adventure center and water access right on the property. Also a short drive to Three Sisters, Hunter Springs, and Homosassa Wild Life Refuge, just to name a few awesome destinations. Plenty of food options nearby! Our king room had a kitchenette. While it was not luxurious it was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. The bathroom was tiny but that's not a complaint, just be aware if this is an issue for you. Room service cleaned and restocked daily. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff! Always a great stay over 13 years.

Neighbors played TV loudly and talked loudly. Only had full sized bed option and no elevators. Liked the location close to Manatee Festival and walk to water/pool. Was able to check-in early and had good parking.

Chose to stay here as we were coming to swim with the manatees and they had a company on site so we also chose to use them. The newly renovated rooms were nice. We had a little problem with our first room and they happily moved us. There are restaurants very close by also

CONS: We were very disappointed to not have the hot tub available. Coffee shop was closed. (Both were a reason for booking) PROS: Staff were all SO NICE. Great location near waterand walkable to so much...

Room was very nice and clean. Area was easy in and out. Main desk service was very slow, phone rings and goes to reservation answering machine. This was not helpful at all. Garbage trucks going by in the morning, very loud.

Nothing. It has had the jacuzzi tub down since the hurricane since October and not one person mentioned it. That is why I booked it. The internet was sooo slow I couldn't use it. I e-mailed multiple times to see if it was pet friendly but never got an answer. The phone number on google is disconnected so I could not call. There is construction and boat loading in the parking lot where I parked. No breakfast is served like before. It's walk to the office for a brown bag. Never stay her again,. I'll pass the word on to my fellow boater how bad it was
