Was in town for a family reunion and this is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The elevator was out order and we had senior citizens and family with limited mobility in town and rooms were on the third floor. Everything was out of order from the vending machines, ice machines and juice machine at the so called breakfast they offer in the morning. The rooms and hallways were dirty and smelly. I even contacted customer service at hotels.com and they were no help. Told me to contact the front desk about my concerns and of course nobody was at the front desk. Will never stay here again.

The bathroom had mold all over the place. My daughter got sick on the floor one night, I went to the front to get stuff to clean it up they gave me 2 towels and told me do what I could and they would take care of the rest. Charged me 150 cleaning fee after I left

When I walked into the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke when I walked into the restroom. There was blood all over the toilet and near the shower. It was so late when I checked in I was so tired. I just got in the bed and there were crumbs under the sheets.

Upon entering it has a smell. No sure of what but I think it’s cleaning products or some sort of air freshener. Wasn’t my cup of tea. Room same but you get used to it ans then don’t smell it all. Hotels.com
Had it listed as a double king bed accessible (need for wheelchair). There is no such room. Was offered a double queen accessible but it didn’t have a shower bench. You walk into a small living space then go through another door for the beds, restroom, and kitchenette. Staff was great. Overall it was nice.

One of the employees was VERY VERY UGLY, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL. Gave me a very hard time when it was close to check out time. Told me I’d have to pay a 45 late fee if I didn’t leave by 11 and she was gonna call the cops or I can check in another night which I did all for being a little late!! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
