Problem getting cash deposit back no housekeeping

Overall it suited our needs especially that there’s no pet fee and our dog was comfortable in the room. The floor looked clean but it was not. The mini fridge was moldy and smelt. I tried to swap rooms but nothing was available. The beds were comfy and water pressure was good so that’s a plus. Also lots of TV channels which were great!! Quiet area, tenants and visitors were quiet which was a nice perk. Everything close by. Some of the electrical outlets did not work but the front desk did offer for us to swap rooms on night two. We were already situated so we just left it alone. A good amount of weekly rentals here, probably more than short stays. And the spots that do have grass were full of cigarette butts… So overall it was worth the price and convince we needed bringing our pup with us, however wouldn’t have been my first choice.

I hate it there dirty I book for 2 days and only stayed for on day and hotel.com has a terrible customer service I could not reach out to cancel my second day thank you hotel.com for making my stay there even worse

The tv didn’t work, the beds were hard, the sink ran very hot water but the hot water in the shower was not consistent. Then their was no breakfast offered in the morning.

It’s what I expected for a budget motel room. For the price I didn’t assume there would be any outstanding conveniences

this place was terrible! bugs, dirty beds.tv wasn't working. microwave wasn't working, roaches, smelled like cigarettes.

My wife and I have stayed here several times over the last few years and always had a good stay, but this last trip was a bit upsetting. Like all hotels, I was informed of a deposit charge ($40) and that I would be charged $25 for a resort fee. No problem there.. The next moring, I wake up to see an additional charge of $70!!! When I go downstairs to inquire about this charge, I end up getting the typical go-around of "I dont know, but our system sometimes charges a hold." When I ask why I was not informed of this upon check-in, I get an "I dont know." Its been 4 days and now ive been charged $25 for the resort fees. Im still waiting for the other 'pending charges' to drop. Overall, horrible customer service especially by the women at the front desk. The hotel room had a musty smell and the A/C control did not work correctly. I do not recommend this hotel

The hotel was very clean, the young man at the reception was super friendly. The hotel was in good condition, almost new. Everything was renovated. What I would recommend is that guests have limits in the pool and when consuming food and alcoholic beverages inside and around the hotel. There were guests who stayed late at night in the pool and left the hallways dirty. Of course, early in the morning, the cleaning staff cleaned everything. But it would be great if they had certain limits on the schedule. And especially the consumption of alcoholic beverages. And if you go with pets, it is a great and gentle place for them.

For the price is such a great deal. The room was nice and clean. Parking is limited but not a big deal. I would definitely recommend staying there

Staff was amazing, parking lot was clean and so was the room. My only gripe would be that the room had no toilet paper or fridge like expected and the blinds werent working properly. The room did have a slight smell but it is pet friendly so thats to kinda be expected. They do have a laundy area and provide coffee in the office as well . They are prompt with requests as well ans very helpful. The room was pretty big and the bed compfy. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book again.
