Love this property!!

We stayed 3 nights on the 9th floor while in town for our daughter’s USAF BMT graduation. This is an excellent property and we enjoyed our stay. Reviewers mention the elevator being noisy and it is a little loud, but it wasn’t that much of an issue for us. Maybe on a lower floor or during a busier time for the hotel it could become annoying. We would definitely stay here again. Very friendly employees and very clean.

The staff in all areas were incredible and friendly. They were very responsive quickly to any request. We were three rooms down from the elevator, yet the room was still a little noisy.

Mi Estancia fue agradable, personal muy atento, desayuno basto e instalaciones agradables. Solo me hubiera gustado que me avisaran que por el evento el el Alamodome iban a cerrar calles, se complicado el poder llegar con mi auto. Tuve que esperar a que me permitieran pasar

Muy buena ubicación y el hotel bien en general , pero la limpieza terrible.

We took a one night stay to attend a concert. The hotel is conveniently located near to the tourist place of interest (restaurants and pubs)

Room and facilities were great. Staff was excellent. 2 out of 3 nights neighboring building was playing rap music extremely loud such that we couldn’t get away from it. It lasted until the wee hours of the morning.

It was a great stay, will be staying again next time in San Antonio. Everything my family needed was there.

This hotel is awesome. Very clean and all rooms are very stocked and organized. The staff are also awesome. Very polite and willing to go out of their way, to make your stay pleasant. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The only thing I didn’t like was that you can hear the sound of the elevators reverberating throughout the building at all hours. Makes it difficult to sleep.

We stay at here when we travel to San Antonio

Our stay was very pleasant. Had a little issue with parking pass not functioning properly but other than that it was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Great deal for a nice hotel. Will definitely book again.

Loved the friendly staff, breakfast was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable! I loved having our own little kitchen too, and the microwave was huge. The full size fridge and freezer definitely came in handy as well. The water from the shower was nice and soft and warm. Downsides; Our room was never cleaned and when I asked a staff member she said they did cleaning on Fridays? I was a bit confused by that. Our trash was never emptied, and when we asked for extra pillows one had a big brown stain on it so I just returned it and we never got another one. I checked out the pool on one of the hotter days and it wasn’t clean enough to swim in. All in all it was a comfortable stay, but I don’t think we would stay again.

Cool location, easy travel to downtown. The elevators made a strange noise when going up and down that we could hear from our room, which kept some of us through the night. Otherwise evwrything was great.

Big room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good wifi. Walkable to convention center. Will stay again
