The room was disgusting (except for the bathroom to be fair). There was an enormous wet, sticky, permanent (tar like) stain right smack in the middle of the living room of our suite. The pullout sofa was disgusting and not comfortable. The furniture was extremely stained to the point where we covered it with linens before sitting. What else, kitch was completely unequipped with even a plate and the underneath the counter cabinets had food rotting in every cabinet. What else? TV didn't work; in fairness, I didn't ask them to try to fix it, but would you want to call for help at 2am when you just want to watch for 30 minutes and fall asleep? What else? Pullout sofa was not comfortable. There was only one AC unit for two rooms and the bathroom. My sons thought the bed was so skeavy, they slept on top of the bed cover in their clothing.
Pluses were the price and location was convenient and not too far from SPAC; we saw three Phish shows.
The worse thing was that I paid for a 3pm checkout on Sunday and some idiot comes around banging on every door and waking us up at 11am to get out. He banged and banged and woke everyone up (incompetent) and while the manager apologized for that later and blamed new and untrained, that doesn't help me at all; does it? I needed the sleep and paid for 4 extra hours (3 to sleep) and they stole that from me.
The final insult was that I asked the mgr for a final statement and he wouldn't give me one until he examined the room. 1st time ever, boo!

This property is dated, not well maintained. Room 112 has a damaged door that does not close completely around the whole soor frame. When asking for a resolution management was not helpful until a complaint was filed with Wyndam. Rooms are not worth the charge.

Worst experience ever!!! Avoid this place! It’s a scam. Workers lie after they make promises. My experience is too bad to even talk about. The manager Jay sucks! The room I had was filthy. They didn’t even take the time to clean the room… Extended my stay with one worker then on the day when my first stay ended, I was told that it’s a higher rate after been told I would keep the same rate. Diabolical

Over all our experience is very good as a family of 5 with children, only that I have sensitivity with odour, not sure if it was the perfume or cleaning solution they used but not so ok with the smell of the premises especially the bathroom.

Decent stay and an affordable option given that we were staying in the area for 10 days. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was pretty basic. In the beginning of the trip the cleaning staff made sure our room was cleaned and that we had fresh towels. However, toward the end of the trip even after hanging the cleaning needed sign, speaking to the cleaners and the front desk we had to ask for fresh towels. My husband should have been given a tip for taking out the trash. If he hadn’t there would have been quite the trash pile after checkout. Overall, the experience was ok.

Positives: Simple and moderately clean, AC was very good, bed was comfortable, check in was fast.
Cons: The hallway and stairs smell like a dirty musty sock that has been sitting in a smokers room for 6 month. The place could use an overall updating.

Worst experience ever!!! Avoid this place! It’s a scam. Workers lie after they make promises. My experience is too bad to even talk about. The manager Jay sucks! The room I had was filthy. They didn’t even take the time to clean the room… Extended my stay with one worker then on the day when my first stay ended, I was told that it’s a higher rate after been told I would keep the same rate. Diabolical

Over all our experience is very good as a family of 5 with children, only that I have sensitivity with odour, not sure if it was the perfume or cleaning solution they used but not so ok with the smell of the premises especially the bathroom.

Quick and easy check-in and checkout. My flight wasn’t getting in until 1am and they were very flexible with check-in time. Very clean room.

Decent stay and an affordable option given that we were staying in the area for 10 days. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was pretty basic. In the beginning of the trip the cleaning staff made sure our room was cleaned and that we had fresh towels. However, toward the end of the trip even after hanging the cleaning needed sign, speaking to the cleaners and the front desk we had to ask for fresh towels. My husband should have been given a tip for taking out the trash. If he hadn’t there would have been quite the trash pile after checkout. Overall, the experience was ok.
