We did not arrive until 1 AM. The night clerk was so kind and friendly. We chatted about my travel difficulties and where I was from. She really lifted my spirits. The room seemed with the clean and the bed was comfortable. We were gone the next morning.

Outstanding value. Property is older but the room has been updated (be aware shower/commode area is small/cramped which could be an issue for some). Shower area fan was loud but not audible in the room with ac running. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nice Asian restaurant across parking lot. One night stay toward the end of a road trip: would stay here again!

Sheets & towels sparkled & our pet friendly room was all vinyl floors & felt clean versus carpets. Bath was tiny but that's ok- we were there to sleep- likely walls painted recently! Just cant do much with a 30 to 40 yr old bath floor tile unless one guts it. So yeah, especially for price, would stay again.

I’m not a big fan of the fake wood flooring in the rooms, they are’t comfortable to walk on and if you are in a downstairs room, the upstairs noise from people walking keeps you awake at night.

The room smelled like smoke. We turned the air conditioner on and went to dinner in hopes that the scent would improve. It did not. Once I saw the dog prints on the sheets, we decided to leave.

Stayed one night after an event at Bristol. Knew we’d be checking in late and leaving early so didn’t want to spend a fortune on a room for about 8 hours so I picked Super 8 as it was much cheaper than most others. The bathtub had hair covering the drain and hair on the shower walls and sink. Other than that the room was clean. The property is dated and the beds were definitely not queen size like they were supposed to be. Front desk clerks very nice. Seemed to be a nice area.

We stayed for one night basically just to sleep then wake up and continue our journey to the beach. It was overall clean. There were a few tiles in the bathroom area that were loosely moving around and a couple broken. We just wore shoes to be on the safe side.

2 out of 2 rooms that we booked needed sheets changed because of hair and dirty spots on them. A fresh wash cloth had a hair on it and sink and tub were not completely clean. Another person in our group who was booked separately had no shower curtain! And no TV signal in our room. I will say that staff immediately brought sheets up to our rooms when asked.
I expressed my concerns upon checkout and was told a note would be made for the manager. Our stay was 5 days ago and I have not received any communication.

The keys would not unlock the room door. Staff came & unlocked it as well as brought 2 new keys. This was at midnight.
The new keys did not work either.
They said there were problems with some of the locks.
They need upgraded by Super 8, in my opinion.
Staff nor guests should have to deal with this esp. at midnight.

This is not a fancy place. However, everything was clean and all the amenities function perfectly. AC was great shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the check-in was excellent.
