Great place to stay. Ice machine didn't work on our floor. Had 2 go to 2 other floors to get ice. Microwave on the main floor was small and unclean. For the numerous people waiting they need 2 larger Microwaves and at least disinfectant near by

The only thing lacking from this resort is free breakfast, that we have enjoyed at all the other Hampton Inn & Suites that we have used on our trip.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Our room had a beautiful view. The shower needs an update as there was a little wear and tear.

Amazing, fun, great location. Couldn't have been happier.

Lamonica was wonderful staff

The view of the harbor is perfect. Our bathroom door was a barn door with three inch gap on both sides for no privacy. That sucked. Perhaps we got the ADA room but if I went back I would definitely ask for a different room unless they are all like that. Housekeeping was off for Thanksgiving (I support that) but they didn’t tell us that and could have at least given us some extra towels or Toliet paper the day before. Other than that, highlight was the view. It’s an amazing view.

We loved the location and the updates done to the hotel. Enjoyable stay!

Staff was very nice and the views of the harbor were great. Not too much to eat near the hotel but parking was easy.

I got a room with a water view and loved it! The room was clean except for the coffee maker. The used pack of coffee was still there. The shelf in the bathroom was cracked and the finish coming off. This surprised me as the hotel was kind of expensive and the reputation was great. Pretty much nothing is included. No breakfast. You have to pay to park in their garage. They gave me a bag with 2 water bottles in it. I'd have rather had a glass of wine.

It appeared that the bar/restaurant were short staffed. The staff were kind but needed assistance when busy.

If you like the smell of marijuana then this is the hotel for you! We’ve stayed here a few times and won’t be returning. The hotel itself is ok but could use some updating. It seems like they tried to do some updates but is more like putting lipstick on a pig. The rooms wreak of marijuana and the hotel itself is not in the best area but this may just be Hampton.

View and location

I liked the area around the hotel and the hotel itself. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was nice. The only suggestion I have at the moment is to install more way finding signage when leaving the stairs of the parking lot. I got a little turned around when I got to the bottom floor, but figured out where I was eventually.

My overall stay was good. The staff was great and the room service was indeed better than my last visit. However, finding a roach in my room was not the best experience. A friend had to come and remove it from my room as I was very upset considering the cost of my stay. I was a bit uncomfortable for the remainder of the weekend and did not want to keep any of my bags on the floor. Nothing remained open as I did not want to chance bringing anything back to my home. This is always my preferred hotel when I travel to Hampton, so this was disappointing.

Upon arrival at the hotel our first experience was the painfully slow experience with the elevators. One of the two was not functioning, something that was not posted, and no alternates were available (the stairs were for fire exit only). Upon making it to our room we discovered that a previous occupant had smoked in the non smoking room on the non smoking floor. The front desk quickly moved us to another room that was in a better state of odor. While the room was very nice at a 6ft distance, upon close inspection much of the fit and finish seemed very rough. The cleanliness was fine, but it was things like light switches that did nothing, and bathroom finishes that seemed incomplete or of questionable quality. Had a nice stay, there were just several things that prevented this from being a 5 star stay.

The hotel is dated and was comfortable for my son and myself after a long night drive .
