This is a great hotel to stay in while in Columbus. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Very well located if you are going to the Ohio Theatre or the Ohio Statehouse. Would stay here again.

The property is an older hotel but clean and has everything you need in current amenities. We had issues with the air and toilet upon arrival, within minutes of my call maintenance came and fixed both issues, demonstrating how great the customer service is. I would stay here again in the future,

The valet and front desk staff were excellent. They were very helpful and friendly. A couple of minor issues with the hotel (poor pressure in the shower, had to have the keys redone twice, things not fixed when brought to staff attention-light bulbs, housekeeping service seemed to vary every day-number of towels left, etc.).

for the price, I feel the property needs updated and more attention to detail should be given, the room was hot, the sheets was poor quality but the room was clean, and we turned off the heat in the room and was comfortable in winter weather in the 20 degree...but, it is perfect if you are going to an event at the Ohio theater as it is directly next to the theater, so because of the location ,we would stay again. All of the staff was very nice, I would suggest more detail in serving cocktails. My 13-dollar lemon drop martini would have been more special with a sugared rim and lemon garnish, remember that persons staying may be making a memory.

Great location, we had a beautiful view of the antheneum from our room. They allow dogs, which was very convenient for us with the park around the corner. Our only complaint is the sheets were not as soft as I'd like. Otherwise everything was great

We went for NYE. We were on 12th floor, great view. Room was NICE AND BIG- like in the 80s or 90s. If you go- bring paper plates, paper towels, and in room snacks.
but.... NO ICE machines working in the building, on ANY of 20 floors, on NYE.
Room was 77F when we arrived at 6pm. Engineering adjusted the HVAC. After running for 16 hours, it was 72.
Paid extra for included breakfast. There was no breakfast as kitchen closed NY Day.
Bed was lumpy, had some kind of mattress pad on it. Sheets meh. No soap dish.
Whole place feels really outdated and needs a refresh. I am contacting Marriot about the experiexe not bc im a karen but bc i was really hungry this morning!

First night there the heat just kept running even when turning the temperature down. Around 3 am I called the front desk and told them. They gave us a new room but did not offer money back or a free night or anything.

The room was warm and clean, but the heating system was too loud. The staff was polite. I was misled by the $75 hold on my credit card which ended up being $80.33. I have not been reimbursed for that fee. In addition, the restaurant charges added to my room do not reflect the amount I spent. I believe I was overcharged, a $139.93 for my menu selections in the restaurant is overpriced.

Friend got stuck in the elevator. Maintenance guy waited 45 minutes before asking for help. Probably wouldnt even have asked for help if we didnt go investigate what was taking so long. Maintenance guy was laughing and treating the situation as a joke.

Parking isn’t great, overnight valet price of 40$, rooms are FILTHY, not up to marriott properties, hotel is beautiful though and is right in the middle of the city, walkable distance to a lot of properties.

Never again. Valet parking is an absolute joke. DO NOT let this hotel/Columbus Parking Management (their valet vendor) park your car. 50 minutes to retrieve car - again, almost AN HOUR to get car from parking garage around the block. Hotel Manager? Feckless. I’m sorry is all I and the other FIFTEEN guests waiting for our cats got. Oh and they forgot to give us our breakfast voucher at check in - so naturally we had to go retrieve one.

Got stuck in the hotel room bathroom because the door was warped and gets stuck if you close it all the way. Valet took 45 minutes to get out car which really effing sucks when you're in for a wedding the night before and are super hungover. Also check the hotels website directly before using Expedia. It would have saved me $100 bucks for the exact same room. Thanks Expedia...😒

Had hire expectations for this hotel considering its cost per night and location. Staff was friendly and accommodating, they let us check in early which was great but the room was so outdated. Stains on the walls, patches on the walls, stains on the bed skirts. We lifted the mattresses up to make sure they were clean, which they were but in all my years of travel I’ve never felt like it was necessary to do something like that. Not impressed. Not a terrible experience but wouldn’t go back.

Security (not in uniform)attempted to access my room at 12:55am using a key card. They were stopped by the security latch. When I confronted them they claimed the room was supposed to be empty and asked my name. I refused to give it. I immediately called the front desk to express my concerns. They called security and he claimed the door was open (untrue). I told the front desk I felt unsafe and requested a call from management and provided my cell number at that time (which they already had but just in case). It’s been a week and no communication at all. No adjustment to my fees. Horrific customer service. If a single female is awakened by a staff member (again, not in uniform) and tells you that she feels unsafe you would think there would be some attempt to communicate with me. Ladies - do not stay there!
