The grounds are currently under construction. We are very sad about the upcoming changes and sale of the grounds. The Port is a very affordable, unassuming property. We absolutely LOVE it. We have came here for years. All of the rooms have water views. We wish the old owners the best but are so very disappointed.

This was a one of a kind place. Had everything we needed. Even with a cold winter storm coming the view was beautiful. Restaurant and gift shop attached. All staff super friendly and helpful. 1950s charm shows through, but room was comfortable. Glad we got to stay here before the major changes comingfor this property, if only for one night.

The hotel is pretty old so don't expect anything fancy. There is construction going on right next door so it's a little messy. The view/ setting of the hotel makes all that worthwhile. There's also a great restaurant and tiki bar right on site. It was perfect for us.

An old hotel with a beautiful view from a very spacious balcony. The room was insulated well and very quiet. It will be torn down in a few years when a "new and better" 5 story hotel is built. So sad. We will have to make another trip to Crystal River before this happens.

Great view of the water, other than that, the room was poorly maintained - electrical outlets in bathroom did not work, insufficient hot water to take a shower and the tv reception worked only part of the time.

It’s a very dated hotel in a great location. Upon checking in our sheets were not clean. Had to get a set of fresh ones and change them myself.

This is the best hotel if you want to enjoy Kings Bay and see manatees. You can see them from your hotel balcony if you are lucky. It's an old hotel that's weathered storms, but it's worth your love to keep it going. They told me that it will be torn down and replaced by a bigger chain - SO SAD! Bigger will not be better! Enjoy it while you can.

Love this place. There's not many left like it. It has a mom and pop feel to it. Great staff, great location, rooms and building are dated. There's a bar and restaurant connected to the hotel. Jet skis, boats, kayaks are available for rent. Manatee tours available too. Loved it. It will be gone soon though. They are building a new hotel and restaurant nextdoor. Once construction is complete the current hotel and restaurant will be demolished.

We had to switch rooms because toilet was broken. Next room the toilet hummed all night keeping is awake. The shower head leaked. The toilet barely flushed. Thought it was going to overflow everytime Iit was used. There was mold over on the ceiling and walls by the shower. Pillows were were very flat. Had to leave and return to checkout because no one was at the desk. Hand towels were damp in room

I liked the old school feeling. There was even an actual key for the door. View is amazing of the water and manatee sanctuary, very quiet and peaceful place to relax. Property was under construction because of flooding from the last hurricane. My feet got dirty very quickly on the floor in our room. Worst part was it advertised free breakfast but did not have any. I would definitely stay there again though.

The view out off our balcony of King’s Bay was absolutely perfect! This is what you want when you think of “old Florida” motels. Great staff, great location, boat ramp/docks onsite. Perfect! Just hope it’s still standing after hurricane Helene…
