The hotel is near the shopping area and dining area. Transportation is close by.

Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd från de flesta sevärdheterna i District 1. Sköna sängar och bra städning. Extra plus för takpoolen och rooftop bar och gratis tillgång till rummets minibar. Dock var det för få solsängar vid poolen, det ryms fler! Men bra med toaletter och dusch precis intill.

The pool is not quite the same as the pictures promoted there is limited space on the roof top. Basic gym but enough, no windows in the gym. For a 4 star hotel, there is also no concierge service.
Breakfast has Fresh eggs cooked to your liking which is great. However the continental breakfast is so so. I am surprised for a 4* hotel there wasn't any milk alternative (I am lactose intolerant) Ingredients are not labelled on the buffet so those who have any allergies be aware.
Clean hotel room, good housekeeping service and good location. Good location for solo travelers

The attitude of the front desk staff was extremely bad. My girlfriend wanted to meet me at night and I deliberately blocked her from having dinner. I had to pay an extra fee of 5 million VND to get a room. It was also stated that only cash was accepted. It felt ridiculous so I left immediately and booked another hotel.

Great hotel which is at the moment very affected by the nearby construction noise. The rooms are reasonably sound isolated, but sleeping is near impossible without earphones if you are a light sleeper, with the construction work continuing every night until 3 or 4 AM.

Hotel room was good and exactly as described with staff very friendly and helpful. Room service was good. The lower review is due to the building work directly opposite the Bay Hotel. Noise all day every day which wasnt a problem but on one night this carried on until 4.30am making it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. Reception advised the construction site had a licence from the government to work until 3am and had no notice of this or future night works. The hotel did all they could offering to move my room and supply ear plugs but this wouldn't have made any difference as the vibrations from concrete work could be felt throughout the hotel.

Great location, decent swimming pool on the roof with plenty of sun, a bit noisy neighbourhood due to construction but considering how close it is to everything it is tolerable (and you do not hear it in the room). I wish there was no carpet on the floor. The only downside is that there semed to be no marked (or available) stairs to the upper floors and the hotel was fully booked so the wait for the elevators was very long, in addition trying to eat breakfast after 9 AM was nearly impossible due to the number of people. The solution was to just be a lot earlier.
