O pior lugar em que já me hospedei na vida. Para começar, o quarto não estava disponível uma hora após o check-in. Quando entramos no quarto, estava com cheiro de suor, mofo e com lençóis sujos. Durante a noite, fica um rapaz na recepção que dorme tranquilamente, com a boca aberta, e não tem controle nenhum de quem entra. E, para fechar com chave de ouro, havia carrapatos no lençol. Tive que sair às pressas e arrumar outro hotel de última hora, pois não era possível continuar naquele lugar.

The kitchen was untied and dirty the staff were dirty, and the end of my staying, the book me for a transport a minibus 12 seater, they haven’t an compartment for laggage and in the end of my arrival the driver damage my lagagge , l contact the hotel and l send a photo of the damage, but they never go back to me.

The staff was incredibly nice. All of them. All of the time. They were also very helpful. Made you feel more like family than a guest. There’s no elevator. The stairs are narrow and I was on the 6th floor. I looked at it as a fitness opportunity! Haha. The bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was a life safer. Shower was like a spa. Was a great experience. Clean nice, great people. One more thing. Definitely buy a SIM card in Nam, not abroad. My Mint - minternational roaming sim, didn’t word for even a second. my iWatch saved me. Waypoints and offline maps. Hote;l had old school paper maps that helped as well. Definitely would stay here again. If I go back to the old quarter.

The hotel is in a small alley, so it will take about 2 min walk from the big road. Good WiFi, firm bed, soft pillow, kettle for hot water, shower separated from the toilet and sink, clean and new amenities, quiet area even close to the noisy beer quarter,. The staff is especially very helpful with advise and carrying heavy luggage upstairs as no elevator available. The only down points are no elevator, sewer smell bathroom, useless safe box (can't be used as it's already closed). Price very affordable and cheaper than other places. I'll give it 4.5/5.

The place is located in the old quarters. Good location but quiet room. Excellent Staff especially Mr David. Good breakfast. Order it a night before if you have an early start next day. The beer street is 50 to 80 mts away. Washrooms have health faucets. Totally Recommended.

The hotel has a great location, down an alley, close to, but not in the action. The staff were super helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms could have been cleaner; there was mold growing on a few surfaces in the bathroom. The fridge stops working when you leave the room - we lost some food to this. The stairs are hot and tight. No elevator. David and Tracey helped make our stay amazing. The cost of the hotel for what you get is a little high compared to other hotels in the Old Quarter.

Durante a noite, fica um rapaz na recepção que dorme tranquilamente, com a boca aberta, e não tem controle nenhum de quem entra. E, para fechar com chave de ouro, havia carrapatos no lençol. Tive que sair às pressas e arrumar outro hotel de última hora, pois não era possível continuar naquele lugar.

We dealt with tracy.She was a very good lady, took care of everything for us.Planned trips helped us with a lot of things. They had fresh, made breakfast every day for us. Sandwiches before we left for trips meals. Overall, a very good place for an old building..

The kitchen was untied and dirty the staff were dirty, and the end of my staying, the book me for a transport a minibus 12 seater, they haven’t an compartment for laggage and in the end of my arrival the driver damage my lagagge , l contact the hotel and l send a photo of the damage, but they never go back to me.

The staff was incredibly nice. All of them. All of the time. They were also very helpful. Made you feel more like family than a guest. There’s no elevator. The stairs are narrow and I was on the 6th floor. I looked at it as a fitness opportunity! Haha. The bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was a life safer. Shower was like a spa. Was a great experience. Clean nice, great people. One more thing. Definitely buy a SIM card in Nam, not abroad. My Mint - minternational roaming sim, didn’t word for even a second. my iWatch saved me. Waypoints and offline maps. Hote;l had old school paper maps that helped as well. Definitely would stay here again. If I go back to the old quarter.

The hotel is in a small alley, so it will take about 2 min walk from the big road. Good WiFi, firm bed, soft pillow, kettle for hot water, shower separated from the toilet and sink, clean and new amenities, quiet area even close to the noisy beer quarter,. The staff is especially very helpful with advise and carrying heavy luggage upstairs as no elevator available. The only down points are no elevator, sewer smell bathroom, useless safe box (can't be used as it's already closed). Price very affordable and cheaper than other places. I'll give it 4.5/5.

The place is located in the old quarters. Good location but quiet room. Excellent Staff especially Mr David. Good breakfast. Order it a night before if you have an early start next day. The beer street is 50 to 80 mts away. Washrooms have health faucets. Totally Recommended.

O quarto não é para 3 pessoas, muito apertado, o banheiro com porta de vidro transparente sem vedação de som e com interruptor de luz do lado de fora, então era obrigatório incomodar a todos pasta acender.

The hotel has a great location, down an alley, close to, but not in the action. The staff were super helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms could have been cleaner; there was mold growing on a few surfaces in the bathroom. The fridge stops working when you leave the room - we lost some food to this. The stairs are hot and tight. No elevator. David and Tracey helped make our stay amazing. The cost of the hotel for what you get is a little high compared to other hotels in the Old Quarter.
