Oh my God! This hotel resort is over the top amazing! Our room on the Sky level was amazing. A beautiful ocean view with a large balcony. The room was clean and well appointed. The large solid marble bathtub with an ocean view was particularly appreciated by my wife. The beach and pool areas were awesome. As with everywhere on the resort, the staff was friendly and attentive. We used the free paddle boards and kayaks to cruise around the bay ( super fun). The on site restaurants were great especially the Michelin star French restaurant La Maison. The entire resort is beautiful. Monkeys swing from trees and hang out for us to watch them. They have golf carts and a funicula to move you around the resort…or you can just walk! All resort staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the Concierge. They have a free shuttle to and from Hoi An everyday. We were there three nights, I wish we had booked a few more nights!

We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, and what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. We checked in very late at night, and my son mentioned that he was hungry. Without hesitation, the staff kindly arranged food for him. That level of care meant so much to us as parents. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The property itself is stunning. The views are breathtaking, the design is beautiful, and the resort feels incredibly special. Getting around by tram and buggy added to the experience and made the vast property feel fun and seamless. The restaurants were all photo-worthy, and the food was excellent. The Japanese restaurant, in particular, was superb. The only downside was the bathtub in our room. It appeared a bit worn or slightly moldy, and because of that, I didn’t feel comfortable letting my son use it, which was disappointing since he usually enjoys hotel bathtubs. That said, the exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and overall experience far outweighed this one issue. We truly felt welcomed and well cared for, and we would love to return.

客室は基本的には綺麗で1日に2回清掃に入ってくれました。少しお部屋にトラブルも発生しましたが、すぐに対処してくれてありがたかったです。 スタッフ皆さんフレンドリーで仕事への一生懸命さが伝わっていました。 若干1名レストラン受付で年末の忙しい時期だからでしょうか、なかなかあちらのおっしゃている英語がこちらに伝わらない場面があり、あちら様のイライラさが顔に出てしまっており、匙を投げた感じで別の受付の方に変わりました(この部分が印象に残ってしまい4星です)　その後その代わって下さった方とはスムーズに事が運びました。 イライラ顔の受付のその方だけで、あとはフロント担当のグエンさん？やシトロンレストランのビビアンさんなどとってもいい感じで接して頂き大変嬉しかったです。お世話になりありがとうございました。

객실정비가 조금 느리고 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되서 고쳐주러 왔다갔다 해서 다소 실망스러운 부분이 있었음. 객실이 많아서인지 어수선함감이 있엇고 주변 소음이 꽤 있었음. 라운지 응대나 식사는 훌륭하고 다소 식사가 안 맞을때는 다른거로 대체해주시는 서비스도 훌륭함

Oh my God! This hotel resort is over the top amazing! Our room on the Sky level was amazing. A beautiful ocean view with a large balcony. The room was clean and well appointed. The large solid marble bathtub with an ocean view was particularly appreciated by my wife. The beach and pool areas were awesome. As with everywhere on the resort, the staff was friendly and attentive. We used the free paddle boards and kayaks to cruise around the bay ( super fun). The on site restaurants were great especially the Michelin star French restaurant La Maison. The entire resort is beautiful. Monkeys swing from trees and hang out for us to watch them. They have golf carts and a funicula to move you around the resort…or you can just walk! All resort staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the Concierge. They have a free shuttle to and from Hoi An everyday. We were there three nights, I wish we had booked a few more nights!

Fantastisk opplevelse å få bo på dette hotellet. Utrolig god atmosfære og meget hyggelig og service innstilt personale, og alt virker naturlig og ikke påtatt. Fantastiske matopplevelser på de ulike spisesteder/restauranter på hotellet. Meget bra renhold og housekeeping. Enkelt å bestille transport og opplevelser. We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, and what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff.
