บ้านนาน - ตam Coc

Memorable four day stay, bit like visiting and staying with your favourite family members or friends. Tuân and Ha and their staff (and cats!) are fantastic hosts, and their little oasis serves as a great base to explore Tam Coc and nearby attractions.

When leaving the room, all electricity gets shut off. That means the refrigerator goes off as well. This basically means the cokes and beer gets warm. Would be great if there were a way for the fridge to stay on separately.

Nan House is a very nice place and the host is helpful and welcoming. The rooms and the beds are comfortable. The place is a little walk from the busy center and away from noisy traffic. However, there is a lot of noise during the night because of the neighbour's dog barking all night and roosters just outside the window. This might only be an issue if you are a light sleeper and sensitive to noise.

Pretty good stay will be back. Great customer services!

A nice place outside of the noise of the city, but also just a short walk. Moon was so kind and always made sure we were comfortable. The complimentary herb footpath is amazing! Very nice breakfast.

We had an amazing time at Nan House! Ha and her husband were incredibly hospitable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the property itself was stunningly beautiful. Highly recommend!

Nan House had the most lovely property that felt like a serene oasis. Beautiful pool which was fabulous for relaxing and cooling off at the end of the day. The surroundings were peaceful and we really appreciated the location outside of the busy town. It was easily walkable to town and there was a fantastic restaurant 5 min. away. We had delicious breakfasts with good variety and dinner one evening there was very good also. The staff were fun and friendly. They were so accommodating and helpful. We were very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Nan house!

Delicious breakfast (omelets 😋) staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was large and cleaned very well. Would definitely recommend this place. Laundry, motorbike rental etc. Were easy and good. Free bicycles for customers. We left curtains closed, but cleaner was opened them, windos are wide and bit unhappy to show all of my stuff people who are walking by.

Ive spent three night at Nan House and the welcome, the room, the food and the staff here were perfect! It was more than I expected! Tuan helped me to plan my visits and also my tres fee to the airport. Full of recommandations Thanks again! I totally recommend

A little out of the way, but a very nice little hotel/homestay. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. If looking for a quiet, away from town location - highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Tam Coc. Jist the right diatance to the shops/restaurants etc. Great staff/hosts and great food too.

We stayed at Nan House for 3 nights of our honeymoon and it was the highlight of our trip. Ha arranged a private taxi for us from Hanoi which was very reliable and safe, and greeted us when we arrived. Our room had been made decorated for our honeymoon with rose petals and a swan towel and the room was incredibly comfortable with good air conditioning, a large and a comfy bed and powerful hot shower. Moon looked after us for our trip, she cooked delicious home cooked food in the restaurant and was always on hand if we needed anything. Our room was cleaned daily and the whole place was spotless. The area is breathtaking, we spend our time riding around on the free bikes, exploring Tam Coc, its pagodas, bars and restaurants, and beautiful jungle scenery, finding ponds full of lily pads and drinking cocktails with amazing views of the Karsts. We took the famous boat trip down the river in Nim Binh which is a must too. The scenery is magical and cannot be understood from pictures. I couldn't recommend this place and guesthouse enough and I can't wait to visit again, 3 days just wasn't enough!

En points positifs, on peut reconnaître que le lieu est agréable, il y a une certaine recherche esthétique. Même si la vue sur la cimenterie est difficile à oublier et les finitions restent à améliorer (fils qui pendent, joints bof etc...) Gros point négatif: alors que nous avions fait une réservation pour 3 personnes en bonne et due forme, on s'est vus facturer 2 suppléments ! Un pour la seule présence de notre fille, et un pour qu'elle ait droit à un matelas balancé par terre (pas de draps en coton du Nil pour elle...il a fallu aller demander aussi une serviette, heureusement non facturée...par contre, on a eu droit à la facturation de bouteilles d'eau jamais commandées...). Bref, pas très honnête à mon sens, on n'avait pas été prévenus de ces suppléments, cela rendait le prix de la chambre clairement excessif par rapport à la qualité ! On a poursuivi notre séjour dans un autre homestay aussi avec piscine, un peu moins classieux, beaucoup moins prétentieux et surtout moitié prix alors que la chambre comportait deux grands lits ! Bref, pourquoi pas, mais pas à ce tarif ! Accessoirement, éloigné du centre mais du coup calme. Mais là encore, vous trouverez facilement plus près et tout aussi calme...
