Hotel Staff kindly and willing to help tourist so much. The room clean and larger than expectation. Location is great and very easy for walking to sightseeing place

全般的には、とてもいいホテルです。ただし、シャワーのお湯が途中で出なくなります。ほぼ常温水のシャワーは、体を冷やし苦行のようでした。

The hotel was very convenient and highly accessible to the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It is located off a side street away from the busy street that made it more pleasant to stay in. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space and served traditional cuisines for breakfast that we were able to try and enjoy. They were also very helpful with coordinating the transportation to and from the airport and gave us recommendations of places and restaurants to visit.

Etter min oppfatning, svarte hotellet ikke til forventningene om hva et hotell med 4 stjerner skal tilby. Frokosten var helt grei. Ikke noe å utsette på den. Personalet var også veldig hyggelige og serviceminded. Men selve standarden på hotellet var ikke bra. Badet var skikkelig slitt. Det lakk blant annet fra toalettet som rant ut over gulvet. I gangen sto gamle madrasser i trappen ( rømningsvei). Eller trengte det meste en oppussing. Bildene på Hotels.com gav et feil bilde.

It was a nice stay.

In general, we had a great experience at The Splendid Grand Hotel. The rooms, particularly the bathroom was a bit dated with 2nd rate painting facelift painting. The Front Desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, in particular Kimmie who had great knowledge with the day tours. The breakfast buffet was excellent with very good variety with fresh fruit, and a mix of western and Vietnamese options. Now for the more serious problem. My daughters brand new pearl earrings were stolen from her unlocked backpack in her locked room. After turning her room upside down and looking in every crack or hole in the room, we reported the theft to the Manager who immediately stated that in 25 years, he has never seen staff steal from guests. Unfortunately, my daughter discovered the theft as she was packing for our Check out, meaning that calling Police was not a probable option. The hotel manager simply said sorry and hoped that we find it when we got home. Needless to say, we did not find them. My daughter was excited with her purchase and did not want to wear it whilst in Vietnam and wanted to save it for a special occasion when she got back home so she knew that when it was missing, that it had been stolen The hotel's handling was akin to sweeping it under a rug .

El personal es muy atento, servicial y muy amable La limpieza pudieran mejorar. El hotel huele a sucio y viejo.

It was old but ok. The only bad thing was the toilet leaked and was not given enough towels

Cute little hotel in old quarter - note it is not 4 star standard more like a 3 star hotel however the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly and made our stay very special. We were after big rooms and good location and that is exactly what we got so we were very happy. Even booking tours with the hotel was easy, reliable and reasonably priced.

On arrival a little overwhelmed as tired from travelling but hotel staff very insisting on trying to sell me tours. I know they may of meant well but was tired and just wanted to go to room to relax but they kept on with the hard sell.

The people at Splendid is what makes it a special place. Customer service was five star and could be compared to some of the top end hotels of the world. In fact, better than most five stars hotels that I have stayed in like the JW Marriott and Taj. Fantastic location in the old quarter. The rooms are nice and roomy but the bathroom was not as nice one would get in a four star hotel. Overall package and the price point makes it a very compelling choice

Martin and receptors are good for everything~~

객실은 체크아웃이후에 청소 타이밍에 따라서 배정이 달라집니다. 한 층에 2개 방이 있는데 2호는 모두 창문에 벽으로 막혀 있습니다 그나마 1호가 고층의 경우 환기나 뷰(?)가 좋습니다

The staff were very helpful from booking through to our departure. They made our stay very comfortable. The hotel was located close to everything and spa services were convenient and easily accessible. Brian was a great help throughout!

Mr Dong was brilliant when arriving and checking out. Stagg very helpful!

The staff were all kind and considerate. Very near to must-go places.

The hotel is tucked in a small alley. This hotel is rated 4 star hotel on the website but in my opinion it should be rated as 3 stars.

Amazing hotel, nice people (everyone!) great position Brian and kimmie were super ! Will be back again!
