We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria Châu Đốc Hotel. Everything came together beautifully: great location, excellent staff, delicious food, and a wonderful overall vibe. From the moment we arrived, we simply felt good being there. Our room was comfortably sized, clean, and well maintained, with a lovely view of the water and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the river, which made our stay especially relaxing. The restaurant is spacious, elegant, and well designed, and the staff there were truly outstanding. The food selection was varied and consistently very good, making each meal enjoyable. A special highlight was the opportunity to chat with the hotel’s General Manager, Mr. Tuan—a true gentleman with an impressive sense of service and professionalism. His demeanor reflects the high standards of the hotel and the care given to guests. We wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Châu Đốc Hotel and would happily stay here again.

Ho soggiornato il 31 dicembre, con cenone di Capodanno. Ottimo il cibo, a buffet, mi hanno preparato anche di piatti vegetariani a parte. Ho dovuto pagare a parte l’acqua perchè non era compresa. Karaoke dopo cena. La struttura è carina ma visto che è sul fiume, attenzione alle zanzare. Ottima la posizione se si deve prendere la barca per la Cambogia, si trova accanto al molo.

The Victoria is a wonderful hotel in Chau Doc. It is very convenient for travelers between Cambodia and Vietnam using a boat as transportation. The staff es kind, helpful and very professional. Saying that, I think that is also important to highlight that Chau Doc is a very interesting city to visit because of its diversity and magnificent scenery by the river. The Victoria Hotel will meet the expectations of the most exigent traveler. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here. Yes it was a little shabby but it summed up bygone eras. Colonial, Agatha Christie, Kipling. The staff were fantastic and check out to the Cambodian ferry was faultless and easy. Breakfast was plentiful but the coffee machine should have been ready to go with so many people checking out at the same time.

We loved our stay at the Victoria Hotel! We booked a river side room on the third floor, which was very quiet and the view was spectacular! The staff were also wonderful. The rooms could use a little maintenance on things like the rusted shower head and older beds, but those minor details didn’t detract from our stay. Food in the restaurant was also very good. We also loved strolling the nearby pedestrian river walk and the hotel is very convenient for getting to the ferry to Phnom Penh in the morning. The only thing we would have appreciated more is if the breakfast room opened at 6:00 instead of 6:15 because it was very rushed to get to the ferry on time. However, this was one of our favourite stays in SE Asia this trip, and we highly recommend it!

We've stayed at the Chau Doc Victory Hotel numerous times over the years, but this visit felt different. Less welcoming by front desk receptionist and the "suite" hotel room needs improvements & better WIFI connections. The bathroom vent was not in place and towels smelled a little mildew.

This is a very well designed place. We have stayed in newer, more modern hotels but this was by far the most comfortable. First shower in Vietnam not to soak the whole bathroom. The pool is nice, breakfast was very good and we had a beautiful view of the river junctions. The surrounding area is great and the people in Chau Doc super friendly and welcoming.

We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria Châu Đốc Hotel. Everything came together beautifully: great location, excellent staff, delicious food, and a wonderful overall vibe. From the moment we arrived, we simply felt good being there. Our room was comfortably sized, clean, and well maintained, with a lovely view of the water and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the river, which made our stay especially relaxing. The restaurant is spacious, elegant, and well designed, and the staff there were truly outstanding. The food selection was varied and consistently very good, making each meal enjoyable. A special highlight was the opportunity to chat with the hotel’s General Manager, Mr. Tuan—a true gentleman with an impressive sense of service and professionalism. His demeanor reflects the high standards of the hotel and the care given to guests. We wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Châu Đốc Hotel and would happily stay here again.

Juste 1 nuit avant le départ en bateau pour le Cambodge, très pratique, l’embarcadère est au pied de l’hotel. Hôtel superbe, un peu vieillissant, mais complètement dépaysant, chambre avec la vue sur la rivière où nous avons pu avoir un coucher et un lever de soleil magnifique Excellent accueil Un très bon souvenir !

Ho soggiornato il 31 dicembre, con cenone di Capodanno. Ottimo il cibo, a buffet, mi hanno preparato anche di piatti vegetariani a parte. Ho dovuto pagare a parte l’acqua perchè non era compresa. Karaoke dopo cena. La struttura è carina ma visto che è sul fiume, attenzione alle zanzare. Ottima la posizione se si deve prendere la barca per la Cambogia, si trova accanto al molo.

The Victoria is a wonderful hotel in Chau Doc. It is very convenient for travelers between Cambodia and Vietnam using a boat as transportation. The staff es kind, helpful and very professional. Saying that, I think that is also important to highlight that Chau Doc is a very interesting city to visit because of its diversity and magnificent scenery by the river. The Victoria Hotel will meet the expectations of the most exigent traveler. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here. Yes it was a little shabby but it summed up bygone eras. Colonial, Agatha Christie, Kipling. The staff were fantastic and check out to the Cambodian ferry was faultless and easy. Breakfast was plentiful but the coffee machine should have been ready to go with so many people checking out at the same time.

We loved our stay at the Victoria Hotel! We booked a river side room on the third floor, which was very quiet and the view was spectacular! The staff were also wonderful. The rooms could use a little maintenance on things like the rusted shower head and older beds, but those minor details didn’t detract from our stay. Food in the restaurant was also very good. We also loved strolling the nearby pedestrian river walk and the hotel is very convenient for getting to the ferry to Phnom Penh in the morning. The only thing we would have appreciated more is if the breakfast room opened at 6:00 instead of 6:15 because it was very rushed to get to the ferry on time. However, this was one of our favourite stays in SE Asia this trip, and we highly recommend it!

We've stayed at the Chau Doc Victory Hotel numerous times over the years, but this visit felt different. Less welcoming by front desk receptionist and the "suite" hotel room needs improvements & better WIFI connections. The bathroom vent was not in place and towels smelled a little mildew.

This is a very well designed place. We have stayed in newer, more modern hotels but this was by far the most comfortable. First shower in Vietnam not to soak the whole bathroom. The pool is nice, breakfast was very good and we had a beautiful view of the river junctions. The surrounding area is great and the people in Chau Doc super friendly and welcoming.

This is an amazing and peaceful hotel to stay at when visiting Southern Vietnam. The hospitality is second to none. Outstanding staff, breakfast buffet and view of the Mekong River.
