Park Inn by Radisson Cardiff City Centre

No room service. Had steak one night and both couldn't finish it. Pizza other night was alright for a ping food. Beds too high- should be able to sit on bed and put food on floor. Also were about as narrow as possible. Beer in bar too gassy and over-carbonated so no real taste. Staff generally alright but their habit of claiming the hotel would be full "tomorrow" obviously not true and irritates.

Lovely breakfast and the young man in the running it was a very good lad.

Clean room/ safe parking/ walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants/ reasonably-priced. Will come back again.

Arena is just on the other side of the road. Perfect if you wantt to see a show or stay close to city center. Room was clean and very spacious. Had a little problem with toilet and bath, but ok it got solved. Friendly staff.

the hotel room was dated, the headboards scratched and marked. only one hard pillow each and no hand towels. neighbours could easily be heard through the walls as could the street pedestrians. Also the big Tesco lorry delivering 4 floors down from our window in the early hours didn’t help. only one lift working meant a long wait.

Tired room - clean but needed a refurb. One of just 2 lift cars was out of order. Fire alarm went off twice - during the day luckily.

we stayed here and was a little disappointed. the reception area was lovel but the problems started in the room. there was hair in the bath tub, the bath always gilled up when taking a shower ( to the point we'd be standing ankle depth in wster when ever we showered) the shower kept going hot and cold whilst i was using it. the lights in the room didnt work properly they would flicker or go off altogether. there were marks all over the duvet including what looked like blood. the room was cold and you can hear every noise from outside including people talking even though the window was closed. it is such a shame as the location was great.

It was too noisy we could heard everything outside the room special at back. We did not sleep at all.

Very clean and confortable room. Room was ready upon arrival although we were a little early Great location in the city.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Struggled with only 1 pillow each, no extras provided in room.

The staff were lovely and the underground car park convenient, though parking is pricey on top of a stay that's already not very cheap. Lobby area is nice. For the prices charged this hotel is very disappointing. I've stayed before and the photos looked a lot better, this was not the case. It's clear there have been attempts to paint but overall the rooms are very tired. My carpet was stained terribly and the headboard very damaged. There is also only 2 pillows. If I had not been alone would have been an issue as I need to sleep with 2 pillows just myself. It was all quite clean but in general state of sad. Bathroom was clean but very dated and shower was not very powerful, struggled to wash all shampoo out of my hair. When charging high prices, I would expect the rooms to be in a better state of repair. Doesn't really live up to radisson name unfortunately.

The room wasn’t great. Sette in room was broken but isn’t bad for a night stay wouldn’t want to stay longer than that
