Breakfast was perfect, Room was great size and quiet, Staff were amazing and helpful

Breakfast was ok, was a little greasy for our liking and beans were a little colder than we like and mushroom was quite soggy. But we did eat it and filled us up for the day.

Rooms could do with a refurb but otherwise staff were excellent and a great location.

Decent hotel close to city centre with free parking. Room quite small with shower over bath but ok, but comfortable enough, it did the job that I needed and at a very good price. Staff polite, food choice in restaurant good, typical pub fare but quite reasonably priced.

Chewing gum and other unsavoury items on the floor in the bathroom. Apparently some rooms have been refurbished, 222 certainly hasn’t been! Radiator didn’t work and was replaced by a noisy electric fan heater located on the floor! The lift is ancient, noisy and a relief to get out! The whole place feels tired and in need of significant investment. The location is good, right in the middle of the town, easy walking distance to all amenities. The front door is locked if you return after 11pm, no signage to advise guests to use the rear door and no information about this at check-in.

Clean and tidy room, a little tired in areas. Pleasant staff and lovely bar. Good value stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war es die Nacht über sehr laut, da in der Einkaufszone gefeiert wurde.

Lovely staff and a nice central hotel which gave me easy access to the town centre

We arrived at the hotel which had free parking which was probably about the best thing about the stay, upon arrival we was greeted as the receptionist was on the phone at the desk sorting job interviews out a task I think should be done in the back room out of guest sight as we was left stood round while he sorted that out. Check in was fast we was a family of 4 for one night we grabbed our bags and headed to the room to be greeted by the smell of curry and only having 1 double bed in the room set up for us, with this we went down asked for the room to be set up for us properly and we headed to the bar for some food and a drink which was pleasant. After food we went back to the room and had baths/showers we had only one towel between 4 of you and only half of roll of toilet roll the bath room is very very run down the plug was tied up with a bobble so you could pull it out of the bath it wasn’t very nice. The best thing I’d say about the stay was the bed was comfy. TV had 3 decent Chanel’s on aswell. I don’t think I’d stay again.

Shabby furnishings and evidence of poor maintenance. Room was not made up on second day: we were told it is policy. I would not advise anyone to stay there.

Good location but sorely In need of updating and investment. Room faced the front of the building and there was a lot of street noise late into the night. Waited for 8-10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk, mid day. Even after ringing the bell. Cute town. Very fun watching a Wrexham match!
