I only stayed a night due to a delayed flight. From what I saw, it was nice

Very nice clean room, staff were nice. Great location, shopping malls in walkable distance, easy access to downtown. Place consists of several buildings some of which dont have hot water so you may need to go to another building if seeking a hot shower. Great restaurant onsite and self catering kitchen available

Property consists of several buildings, some newer than others. While my room was a little dated it was spotless, facilities were clean, some buildings had no hot water in the showers. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Gteat location near major shopping malls and easy acees to downtown. Great restaurant on site. It was great that they allowed me early check in at no extra charge. Great value for money

The place is clean and far better than your average backpacker accommodation. The location was perfect for me, as I needed to be near the International Conference Centre. It is in quiet and easily accessible location. The only downside was that there was no hot water in my en-suite room during my two-day stay. I was informed it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn't resolved before I checked out. I had to use a general shower next to my room. However, they did compensate me with a late checkout, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a great place with excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely environment. Warm, friendly and caring workers. Reasonable room rate. Poor internet connection in my room and no tv for 3 weeks. Monotonous breakfast. Same thing everyday.

Value for money

Like during my last visit, this was a great space for a peaceful weekend retreat with friendly guests and service as well as clean rooms with bug nets and pools for when the sun got too warm !

Thank you for a delightful experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to make sure I was accommodated when a flight was canceled. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, with plenty of opportunities to meet fellow travelers. I would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed here for one night, but the property was spacious and well-decorated. The hostel is also well-located close to Arcades and Manda Hill shopping centers. The only issue was that the water pressure was a bit low when we were there, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

It was close to East Park but was highly priced for a small room with a shared bathroom. Similar room near Levy Mall for 25-50% cheaper price. Outside is being renovated and smelled like fertilizer. Also neighbor has barking dog. Breakfast was eggs with toast. Host was nice.
