Rolig, godt område. Vi hadde et veldig godt opphold. Knirker en del i gulvene, men det var til gjengjeld all lyd vi hadde å bekymre oss over. Dusjen var magisk godt. Godt renhold, og hyggelige ansatte. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Yataklar çok küçük oda temizlik genel olarak iyi ama böcek var. Personel maalesef yeterli bilgiye sahip değil sorun yaşadıklarında özür dileyip herşey çözüldü sanıyorlar. Yardımcı olmak için görevli personel yetkisi yok. Otel müdürüde sorumluluğu kolayca üzerinden atıyor. Benim başıma ayrıca şöyle bir olay geldi. Otele diabet ilaclarımı yollamıstım ancak bu ilaçların buzdolabında saklanması gerektiğini buzluk kısmına değil normal kısmına konulması gerektiğini söylememe rağmen otel buzluk kısmında sakladığı için tüm ilaçlarım çöp oldu. Ve bunun bana maliyeti ortalama 1000 pound oldu. İlaclarım ve param otel yüzünden çöpe gitti. Ve otel hiçbir sorumluluk almadı. Mağduriyet yaşadım.

J’ai été placé dans une chambre en sous sol (chambre L2) avec une vue sur le groupe de climatisation de l’immeuble impossible donc d’ouvrir mes fenêtres sans avoir un bruit assourdissant. Très compliqué sachant qu’il a fait plus de 25 degrés. Si j’avais su en amont que je serai placé dans une chambre en sous sol avec une vue si médiocre je n’aurais certainement pas réservé dans cet hôtel. Je regrette amèrement mon choix.

Super, ein sehr gutes Hotel

Great hotel in London near to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Lancaster Gate tube station is 5 mins walk away and there are plenty of buses nearby. There are some great pubs close to hotel for dinner so everything is very central. Hotel is modern and clean with pleasant staff. We would stop there again if back in London.

Realky convenient to transportation. Lovely area with the hotel set back from the main streets it quieter and restful after a full day of exploring London. Lots of restaurants and things to do with in walking distance. Our room was nice but lacking in a storage. There were no drawers or shelving just a small closet to hang items. There was a small refrigerator, a tv, and a desk: a nice bathroom. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels left. The view was of the church next door. Perfect for a short stay.

The staff was accommodating and the bedding was great.

Was nice. Location was good. Walkable to many little restaurants and to Paddington Station.

We have been staying at this hotel whenever we visit London for the last 16 years.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Shame the view was of a load of air conditioning units, but fortunately we weren’t there for the views. Also, really close to Hyde park, so plenty of views there!

The staff were pleasant and accommodating and they went out of their way to help. The hotel is in a very convenient area near Paddington station and right across the street from Hyde Park. Very close to everything. A great hotel for the price. And has a great gym compared to others in the area. Good size room too. Overall experience was great

Beautiful hotel and close to Hyde Park

I’ll be honest — I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but having stayed here, I think a lot of the complaints are over the top. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a standard hotel room in central London — not sure what some people were expecting. The room isn’t huge, but it’s a perfectly reasonable size. My partner and I had plenty of space, and unless you’re planning to spend your entire trip lounging in the hotel, it’s more than enough. If you’re in London to explore the city, this place works exactly as it should. The location is excellent — easy access to transit, great restaurants nearby, and a quick trip to Westminster. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable base to see the city, this is a solid choice.

Quarto bem espaçoso, hotel com bem localizado, bairro seguro e tranquilo (sem muitos comércios por perto) e tudo limpo. Único problema foi o barulho do quarto superior que dava pra ouvir bastante .

Great location and excellent value

Great location, good breakfast. Quiet neighborhood close to underground. Service at the reception was just ok but everything else was 👍. Great walue for money. Fresh room.

We were not able to make our flight to England from Canada, due to a UK ETA mix up. I asked to cancel our reservation. I understand them not cancelling the first night. But they refused the other as well.It was bad enough we missed our Grandmothers 100th Birthday and the trouble with the airline. Some grace would have been nice.

The neighborhood is nice, there is restaurants within vicinity as well as transportation on the tube. The hotel is old so it’s very loud. Walking will wake up other sleepers in your room, you can hear people next door and up stairs walking around and talking quietly which made sleeping hard. The beds are really uncomfortable so that’s something they need to upgrade. Rooms could use a detailing.. they were clean but far from detailed. For the price it was a good value compared to other hotel options. The restaraunt onsite we did not eat at, it is Nepali and Indian so cannot comment. There is an espresso maker in the room and lobby which was nice. The bathroom is difficult to get ready in with a really recessed mirror. Biggest perks: location. Biggest downside: loud and awful beds, linens very rough they need an upgrade.
