Good location

We had a break down with our vintage car when we arrived. Something which really tears you down. But everyone of the crew was eager to help. Everyone knows a number to call. For the following two days we where asked how it is going. What progress the repair makes. This is not a small hotel. But this is a place where people recognise you. And the view onto the beach- invaluable.

Nice property. The food and service was outstanding. The air conditioning was Very much appreciated when I thought i had left the hot weather behind im Florida.

The hotel was clean and tidy with friendly staff and the breakfast was very good

The Hotel & Staff are super pleasant but ineffectual. In a heat wave the air conditioning was set to turn off every two hours. We were promised several times this could be overridden, but that was not evident as it shut off regularly. As we booked the Hotel as it said it had air conditioning we were super super disappointing.

Didn’t like the shower, water needed in the room especially due to current heat wave. Arriving for breakfast at 09.40 resulted in most food either all gone or very low. Reception staff extremely pleasant & helpful, large bed was very comfortable. Overall good location.

Myself and my son had a 2 night stay at The Leonardo and would definitely stay again, the hotel is in a very central location which was ideal for exploring Cardiff, the hotel was very clean and well maintained and the staff we lovely and friendly especially Joanna on reception.

Was a little disappointed not to have a bath as when booked the room it was supposed to have a bath as we paid for the king size room

Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast

The staff member who checked me in was absolutely excellent. Extremely helpful and considerate. Breakfast was excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Was nice stay, great location. The floor boards were a bit squeaky. Overall, was the room was nice. Staff were welcoming.

The front desk staff were knowledgeable and gave perfect suggestions to our queries.

It was a good decent room with staff willing to go that extra step for you. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if required.

The food in the restaurant was good; breakfast was nice; staff very pleasant and helpful all round.

Good location and parking availability.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The only thing is, the scent of the soap and shampoo is so bad. Other than that I am very pleasant about the whole experience.
