The hotel is in a great location and the room was clean and spacious. The staff were really friendly. However, the flooring was creaky and heard everything from the floor above us.

Room very clean . Staff all very pleasant. Only downside no hot water and no cooked breakfast avaiable.

I stayed in room 403 and there was a few issues no hot water, the sink tap stopped working at all, the floor is very creaky which makes moving around the room really loud for people around and below. I was moved to room 212 when I mentioned it to the lady at the service desk. New room was better. The staff i came in contact with were all very helpful.

check in was delayed even though i provided the information requested. shower was cold window was knocking all night check out was delayed whilst waiting for invoice for parking. unable to provide a paper copy of invoice for room won’t be returning

Staff friendly, clean room. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Lovely breakfast. Ease of parking. Position of hotel is perfect for town centre and new theatre.
