Room was clean. However, the front desk was understaffed. I waited almost 15 minutes while the clerk dealt with another guest because he was the only person there. A second person finally did show up but didn't offer assistance.

The inn is seriously showing its age and requires many repairs.

Room in good condition. Washroom under sink pretty dirty and some rust. Seems that cleaning staff does not clean under there. Also seen a bug crawling in the bathroom. To this moment I have not received my deposit back for the room. Thank you

While this is a dated hotel, the staff are absolutely amazing to a point that makes up for anything I could pick out about the rooms. Clean. Comforrable. Hot water. EPIC staff!

The heating system was very old and very noisy. On the second day the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were no mats in front of the doors in the room or at the exits and so the salt and sand was carried into the room, very uncomfortable to walk on. I paid for two breakfasts and did not receive any vouchers, I had to go to the front desk to get them, they ran out of eggs at the breakfast. I would not stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, the rates were good. Had a nice rooms. The bathroom door did not close well or lock, but it was not an issue for us.

Customer service was disappointing and 1 front desk member was rude. We booked a premium room for 3, upon arrival we could not get down the hall easy due to adults sitting and drinking in the hall while their kids played hockey in the same space. Once at the room there was empty potato chip bags infront of our door that stayed there untill the next morning when we went out for the day. The room was clean and ok, however there was no pillows for the sofa bed set up, when we called the front desk they basically said becuase of the Hockey tournament guests there was no more pillows. The following day I called again in the evening and the guy on the phone basically said still no pillows, and if I had a problem with it call the Holiday Inn Office and he hung up. The Sam night at 11 and 1 am we had to call the front desk due to young kids using our hall way for a hockey games and the little sticks hitting our metal door over and over, even though they ha diagnosed staying quiet hallways after 10PM One of the guest relations team did call me to offer $50.00 credit at the restaurant and bar but this was at 7:30 PM and we had my sons tournament until after 11pm. Nothing else was offered Truly not impressed, I understand things can happen and be difficult but when you are honest about how many guests will be in the room and pay for this, they should have proper bed, bedding including pillows

The room was (for lack of better words) gross and run down. The washroom had soapy handprints all over it and when brought up to front desk, nothing was done. Our TV didn’t work and I had to call down. I had asked for extended checkout when booking and it was noted, reconfirmed extended checkout at check in, I was knocked on and called by front desk to leave the room because it wasn’t communicated to them. Not to mention, the city facing rooms are not sound proof. The only good thing about this hotel is the pool and the lovely restaurant lady who was so nice to our guests.

Great staff and neat pool - rooms are clean and comfy. Hotel is little dated could use a touch up. Area is a little off putting around and not sure safe to walk at night around the area.

Had a problem with my door. Had to make sure to push or pull it shut quite hard so the latch would catch. No hot water from my sink tap, Mentioned to staff via their messaging service but received no meaningful response.

Really nice staff, they even left us a little gift for christmas on our doors, and they had hot chocolate in the lobby, the place was clean and was very good considering the price i paid. the pool area was incredible.

Great staff, clean and quiet, our puppy loved it too. All rooms are pet friendly, and we received a free upgrade with no additional fee for bringing our furry friend.

Staff are very friendly. Indoor/outdoor pool was nicely heated, though more staff presence is needed in pool area as some guests can become disruptive. Overall, would return again.
