The room is spacious. However the included breakfast isn't good.

The room was clean and bathroom was very good. The room was quiet. The t.v. was excellent..lots of choices. The staff were friendly and reactive. The breakfast was excellent. The only negative was that the soft drink machine had not been filled and I lost 20.00. The receptionist would/could not compensate my loss. I this was my only disappointment

Beth friendly, professional incredible customer service. They accommodated all of my parents needs for the room type and view. Thank you. Will definitely come back again.

Easy parking and great breakfast

Parking was easy, room was great. The staff was amazing, especially Marianne from Guest Services who helped me fix a mistake on my part for our stay and smoothed out a potentially stressful situation. She ensured that our check-in went smoothly and was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay at Collingwood. We want to give our grateful thanks to her, and to Comfort Inn. We would 100% stay here again.

On arrival I was advised that the hotel had two minor league hockey teams staying. From previous experience of my own and that of my partner (who is a hotel general manager) the immediate feeling was cancel, and leave. However at above average cost, and assurances noise would be dealt with we stayed. As expected, teens and pre teens, running and screaming in the hallways, no parents to be seen except in the TV lounges which were both monopolised for the Blue Jays game. The remaining parents returning from bar around 2 am, apparently the worse for celebrating, and screaming louder than the kids, and slamming doors. Then to add insult to injury the "King Suite" was very dated, with paint peeling, apparent traces of mold in the shower stall and tile grout. The actual outside of the hotel was dirty with bird droppings, dirty window, spider webs. At check out the on duty desk agent made a half hearted apology for the noise, which it appeared was a speech she had previously repeated. I made a suggestion that guests should at least be advised that teams would be staying prior to making reservations, and was advised it was a privacy issue, which is incorrect as there was no suggestion of identifying anyone by name, team, place of residence etc. .... OR ..... The second suggestion being a review of the refund policy, to enable a full refund at the time of check in. She was very quick to point out that is the responsibility of the third party booking agent namely Hotels.com.

Only thing I didn’t like was how far away the toilet paper was from the toilet. Check in a bit confusing otherwise great stay.

Room was clean. Parking safe. Ate breakfast at Pure and Simple across the street..wanted more breakfast options. Shower tub caulking has mold. Windows had mold. Room could use some baseboard touch ups. Beds comfy. Not enough room for the side chair...it's placement left a tight space to get to the washroom.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and had everything I needed.

The freshness of the bread items on the breakfast buffet could have been better and the coffee quality could be better. Other than that, it was a decent breakfast. The room was clean but dated and the shower head needed cleaning/replacing. I had to fish around the back of the head board on the bad to plug in the reading lamp and floor lamp. No idea why they were unplugged? I also had to figure out how to turn on the heater/AC-unit which was turned off by a switch located on the plug. I don't feel like I should be dealing with little maintenance issues in the room when I'm supposed to be the hotel guest.

Clean room, good breakfast and convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

Windows were filthy. Staff were pleasent. We did not eat at the hotel. Carpets were old and stained. Entire property needs an upgrade. Not worth $200/night.

Condition of room was below standard, dirty doors, moldy showers, stained carpet in room, paper thin sheets, poor quality pillows. Decent breakfast. Understaffed
