Le site de réservation nous a induit en erreur, nous avons selectionné cet emplacement avec deux critères : piscine & stationnement. À notre arrivée, nous ne pouvions utiliser le stationnement car il etait "trop haut". La piscine est FERMÉE depuis plusieurs années apparemment... nous ne sortons pas souvent et aurions pu aller dormir chez de la famille gratuitement mais voulions profiter de la piscine et du centre-ville d'ottawa.... c'est un voyage décevant et une très mauvaise expérience avec EXPEDI.CA, probablement la dernière

Just a tired hotel. Drafty. Tired linens and towels. Rooms not updated in who knows how long. Hard bed. No real restaurant. No pool. Not close to near worth the room rates. Pass on this one if you can.

The room was in wonderful shape and very clean. Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and Prime video. Staff were outstanding and friendly. Breakfast was yummy and had plenty of options at the buffet. Our room was right near the elevator but we didnt hear it at all throughout the night. By far, my favourite hotel so far.

The hotel was in good and clean condition. Staff was friendly in the limited interactions. Room was clean and above average in size. Bathroom was also clean, shower pressure was good. The only thing I can complain about is the size of the shower towels. Would stay again if I should ever need to go back to Ottawa.

Bonne situation pour visiter. Facilité d’accès. Chambre de bain aurait besoin d’un peu de rafraîchissement: douche dans le bain: un peu démodé. Chambre très confortable et d’une bonne grandeur. Prix un peu élevé pour le buffet pour le déjeuner. (15-20$ de trop) Personnel très accueillant et disponible pour nous aider. Tapis dans les chambres: ce n’est plus à la mode. Avons passé un bon séjour!
