Good location, spacious rooms

Staff was good but they didn’t have the renovated deluxe studio I paid for. The room I had was in fair condition and did not have all items that were in deluxe rooms. They gave a $75 compensation .

Habitación descuidada con servicios incompletos, ya que te ofrecen cocineta en tu habitación la cual debería estar con refrigerador y microondas lo cuales no hubo se pidieron en recepción y no nos resolvieron.

El hotel en general y los servicios. No avisaron que están en remodelación, poco personal para atención. Iba en mi grupo una persona con necesidad de inyectarse insulina y debe estar en refrigeración y en la habitación no había frigobar cuando en las amenidades anuncian que sí hay. Su solución fue dejar el medicamento en recepción y ahí tenerla. Las habitaciones bastante malitas. Y la comida no es su fuerte.

I’m not a particularly picky traveler, but man this place was rough. In classic hotel style, the entry and lobby are freshly renovated and stunning. The room itself was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. Immediately, there was a foul odor. I thought I would go nose blind to it within a day, but no. And after trying to isolate the smell, it was coming from the closet that shared a wall with a shower head, so I think there’s a slow leak with mold behind the wall. Additionally, the general condition of the room was just old and tired, the room safe required some kind of appliance ordered from the front counter to lock it, and every time I used the shower it didn’t drain and water filled the shower pan immediately. Also, I booked the room because it ostensibly had a kitchenette. And technically it’s true there is a two burner gas stovetop, at some point they very obviously removed the refrigerator. So, really, what’s the point of a kitchen if you can’t store food? That felt pretty deceptive based on the ads. The beach it fronts is rocky, not sandy, and the restaurant charged 20 bucks for a chicken sandwich that was worse than Burger King. Also, because there’s no glass on the vents by the shower wall, which are towards the road, all night long you hear cars accelerating on the straight stretch in front of the hotel. I’ve stayed at The Hotel Rosita, in PV before, and it’s half the price and better quality The one thing I will say, the staff was great my entire stay.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very kind and helpful and prompt. We loved the setting and had a great relaxing vacation.

The resort was cute and the bay out front was amazing, however the Running shower was a trickle and no wash cloths to clean up. I expected for that price it would include clean towels and towels for the kitchen so we can clean the dishes. Needs better management.

The place has lots of potential, and lots of problems. Our only problems were no lock for the room safe (you have to wait until someone who has one checks out) and no frig. Other guests had no water, the bed room flooding if shower run, key card not letting them into the room, no bath towels. Often out of pool towels. Can't drink tap water. On check in, you are required to pay a large deposit which is applied to purchases (balance returned on check out). We were not told that when we made reservation. Rumor is that deposit is because hotel has trouble making payroll. Watch out for convenience store. Prices not marked and some are excessive. Supposedly floors 7 and 12 have been remodeled. Our room on 13th floor showed years of wear and tear, but housekeeping kept it clean. Food was surprisingly good. Management needs to put some money into the place (more safe locks, frigs, pool towels).

En general buena experiencia, el staff es muy atento y amable, el día de mi cumpleaños me mandaron un pastel a mi mesa, fue un gran detalle. Mi única observación para mejorar sería que en mi habitación no había refrigerador ni microondas, el internet no llegaba bien y nos faltaba un buró, no había lámparas de mesa y por lo mismo del internet no servía la tele. Fuera de eso, el área de playa es muy padre y la alberca muy agradable. La comida es buena. Si regresaré.

Every thing was great

Pros: The resort offers a beautiful ocean view and a warm swimming pool, which is enjoyable, especially in the evenings. The location is convenient—just off the main road with easy access to transportation and nearby areas. Breakfast was good and fairly satisfying. Cons: The rooms were not clean, and clean towels were not consistently provided. Requests were not handled well, and the staff was not very accommodating, which became frustrating over the course of the stay. Overall: If you’re looking for convenience, luxury, and a truly relaxing vacation, I would recommend choosing another hotel. The stay felt like more hassle than comfort, and it did not feel like a vacation for us.

Staff was great but room was not. No light in the kitchen. No matches to light the stove no coffee pot even after asking 3 times

I really wish I could give it a zero star. Where should I start? 1) wedding loud music until 12:40am. Felt the constant base in the room while trying to relax. Kept awake until 3:30am coping with the nervous energy. We did get d get a 24 hour notice on the door but nothing else. 2) everything that can be broken was broken. Patio door and paint coming off the frame. Door key reader no battery. Zero wifi in the room. Talked to neighbors and all had the same issue. Safe with no lock. Lol. You can't make it up. 3) badly needs a renovation. See shower picture. 4) When talked to the front desk guy, he said please leave a review, which is what I am doing. The two groups in front me also said they were going to leave bad reviews and he proactively offered them a QR code card. Yep, you read the correctly.
